GCT Manual Manifold for Laser Gases
NGP Gas Control Technology (GCT) Series Manual Manifolds are specially designed to regulate compressed laser gases in high pressure cylinders (up to 310 bar) and are ideal for manifold applications not requiring automatic changeover from the service to the secondary bank.
Starting with a clean slate, NGP has re-designed the typical manual manifold
from the ground up. Utilising the robust and reliable cylinder valve as the
control valve for each side of the manifold, the GCT manifold is compact and
the heart of your gas control.
The design allows for pressure gauges to be added to each side, giving a
visual indication of each bank’s cylinder contents.
GCT Manual Manifold for Laser Gases
A high performance pipeline regulator is nested between the Müller 310 bar rated isolation valves. No longer do you need to acquire a separate regulator. The Regulator has a special adjustment key that allows the pressure to be set and avoid tampering. Any service work to the regulator can be performed in situ by a service technician.

- GCT Series manifolds are designed to be retrofitted into an existing manifold set up
- Non-return valve for each hose inlet in header blocks
- Individual contents gauges (optional)
- High performance, accurate pipeline regulator built in (or on tee)
- A range of pipeline supply pressures available
- Regulator control is removable to avoid tampering (for built in 825 series version)
- All GCT Series manifolds are oxygen cleaned and selected items are nickel plated
- Manifold mounted on stainless steel backing 4 tek screws secure it to the wall
- Individual serial number and manifold detail on name plate
- Optional pipeline safety kits incorporating WITT flashback arrestor, safety relief valve & isolation valve
- Choose from a huge selection of LifeGuard safety hoses
- Optional alarm can be added
- Option NGP gas preHeaters can be added to reduce freezing effects during high flows of CO2/CO2 mixes
