Product Usage Instructions
Installation Instructions
- Cut the seal to fit.
- With the door closed, position the seal and mark screw holes.
- Drill pilot holes for screws using a 7/64 drill bit.
- Install with screws provided in all mounting holes, working from one end to the other.
- Adjust the position so that the gasket is slightly compressed against the door but does not impede proper closing and latching.
APPLICATION WARNING: DO NOT DRILL THROUGH GASKETING MATERIAL. DRILL BIT WILL DAMAGE MATERIAL.
Fire Door Application: These gasketing materials are tested for use on hollow-metal-type fire doors rated up to 3 hours and wood-type fire doors rated up to 1.5 hours. They are positive pressure tested and suitable for Category H smoke and draft control gasketing.

Installation Instructions
- Cut seal to fit.
- With door closed, position seal, Mark screw holes.
