Matters needing attention

After-sales service

  1. This product will enjoy a three-month replacement and a one-year warranty service from the date of shipment. During the warranty period, the equipment is caused by non-human factors or product quality, please contact the dealer in time.
  2. The damage caused by the customer’s private disassembly or force majeure (such as flood, vehicle accident) shall not be repaired.
  3. After the expiration of the warranty, the cost of maintenance materials is charged for the products caused by the use.
