Product Usage Instructions

Prepare Door for Hangers:

Drill four holes for two hangers using a 49mm drill bit, 1-15/16″ deep.

Mount Hangers to Door:

Attach hangers to the door using M6 x 70 wood screws.

Attach Brackets:

Locate the centerline of the track and mark a horizontal line twice the door width long. Attach wall portion of brackets into WALL BLOCKING.

Secure Track:

Attach the track to wall brackets and insert stops into track ends.

Fit Door Guide to Floor:

Mount the door guide to the floor with anchors and screws.

Hang Door:

Lift the door onto the track and adjust the hangers for the plumb position.

Adjust Stops:

Tighten set screws to drive them into the bar after final adjustment.

Install Soft Close Actuator:

Place the actuator between the fins of the soft close and fasten on top of the door panel.

Adjust the height for proper operation of the soft closer.

Notes:

“X” = Door Overlap (2″ overlap recommended)
The minimum door overlap on the guide side is 2″ (51).

IMPORTANT: If bracket fasteners are loosened, they must be re-tightened using a minimum of 11 ft. lb. of torque

Prepare Door for Hangers
- Drill four holes for two hangers
Mount Hangers to Door
Attach hangers to the door
Attach Brackets
- Locate the centerline of the track as shown on the first page. Using a level, mark a horizontal line twice the door width long. Mark bracket screw locations, as shown on first page, into WALL BLOCKING. Attach wall portion of brackets as shown. Optional drywall spacers SLSS-DWS If using drywall spacers: use ¾” drill bit to remove gypsum board at bracket locations. Use appropriate thickness spacers to replace gypsum board removed and seat against blocking.
Secure Track
Attach track to wall brackets as shown. Insert stops into track ends.
Fit Door Guide to Floor
Mark for position of door guide. Check post fasteners for tightness. Mount door guide to the floor with anchors and 2 ST4.2×25 screws.
Hang Door
- Route the bottom of the door to receive floor floor-mounted guide as shown. Lift door onto the track. Make adjustments to hangers so that the door is plumb.
  Options:
- Cut track to net length
- Wall Mounted Guide
- Bottom Channel Guide
  (Requires 3/8″ x 7/8″ route in door bottom
Adjust Stops
Adjust stops accordingly. Tighten set screw with sufficient force to drive set screw into bar after final adjustment.
Put the door at the closed position and then put the actuator between the fins of soft close and finally fasten the actuator on top of the door panel.
Put the door at the open position and then put the actuator between the fins of soft close and finally fasten the actuator on top of door panel.
