Product Usage Instructions:

Installation:

Installation must be performed by a qualified person. Ensure to
consult the manufacturer in case of any doubts regarding
installation or use of the LED luminaire.

The luminaire should be installed in dry weather conditions to
prevent moisture entrapment, which could lead to corrosion and
damage.

Do not install the luminaire during rainfall or high
humidity.

Maintenance:

Keep the luminaire in a cool, dry, and clean environment. Avoid
exposing it to water or fire.

Clean dirt settled on the luminaire with a damp cloth; do not
use harsh cleaners.

Power Supply:

Before installation, disconnect the power supply. Turn on the
power only after connecting and securing all luminaires in the
circuit.

Light Source Replacement:

The light source should only be replaced by the manufacturer,
their service representative, or a qualified person.

Applications:

The luminaire is suitable for various applications including
street lighting, park lighting, car park lighting, exterior
lighting, and pedestrian crossing lighting.

Naley stosowa przewody zasilajce o podwójnej izolacji H05RR-F. W oprawie zostala zastosowana podwójna izolacja, pomidzy przewodami zasilania LV i sterowania.
Use double-insulated power cables H05RR-F. The luminaire uses double- insulation, between the LV power and control wires.
Verwenden Sie doppelt isolierte Stromkabel H05RR-F. Die Leuchte verwendet eine doppelte Isolierung zwischen den LV-Strom- und Steuerkabeln.

1. Przed przystpieniem do montau, bezwzgldnie odlczy zasilanie w obwodzie. Make sure you disconnect the power supply before installation. Trennen Sie immer die Stromversorgung vom Stromkreis, bevor Sie mit der Montage beginnen.

2. Otwórz budow oprawy. Open the luminaire housing. Öffnen Sie das Leuchtengehäuse.

3. Po przeprowadzeniu prac serwisowych zdemontuj korpus serwisowy. Nastpnie cinij zawleczki i zamocuj górn cz oprawy. Oprawa powinna by zamocowana na obu zawiasach. After servicing, disassemble the service body. Then while squeezing the locking pins, fix the upper part of the housing. The upper housing should be mounted on both hinges. Demontieren Sie nach der Wartung den Wartungskörper. Fixieren Sie dann den oberen Teil des Gehäuses, während Sie die Verriegelungsstifte zusammendrücken. Das obere Gehäuse sollte an beiden Scharnieren montiert werden.

4. Skontroluj ustawienie uszczelki oraz jej czysto (wszystkie czci stale naley usun). Zamknij opraw i docinij klipsami (prawidlowo zamknite powinny wyda glony ,,klik”). Serwisowana oprawa nie wymaga ponownego pozycjonowania na slupie.
   Check the position of the gasket and its cleanliness (all solid parts must be removed). Close the luminaire and press it with the clips (properly closed, it should make a loud “click”). The serviced luminaire does not require re- positioning on the pole.
   Überprüfen Sie die Position der Dichtung und ihre Sauberkeit (alle festen Teile müssen entfernt werden). Schließen Sie die Leuchte und drücken Sie sie mit den Clips fest (richtig geschlossen sollte es ein lautes ,,Klick” machen). Die gewartete Leuchte muss nicht am Mast neu positioniert werden.

SERWIS OPRAWY | LUMINAIRE SERVICE | LEUCHTENSERVICE

1. UWAGA, ryzyko poraenia prdem elektrycznym. Otwórz budow oprawy. Po otwarciu obudowy nastpuje odlczenie zasilania w górnej czci korpusu oprawy.
   CAUTION, risk of electric shock. Open the luminaire. After opening, the power supply in the upper part of luminaire body is disconnected.
   VORSICHT, Gefahr eines Stromschlags. Öffnen Sie die Leuchte. Nach dem Öffnen wird die Stromzufuhr im oberen Teil des Leuchtenkörpers unterbrochen.

2. Maksymalnie wychyl górn cz korpusu oprawy. Tilt the upper part of the luminaire body as far as possible. Neigen Sie den oberen Teil des Leuchtenkörpers so weit wie möglich.

3. Przytrzymujc opraw, cinij zawleczki i zdemontuj górna cz korpusu. UWAGA, ryzyko poraenia prdem elektrycznym w dolnej czci korpusu. Doln cz korpusu zabezpiecz przed warunkami atmosferycznymi oraz przedostawaniem si zanieczyszcze, dedykowanym w tym celu korpusem serwisowym. Holding the housing, squeeze the pins and remove the upper body. Protect the lower part of the body against weather conditions and the ingress of dirt with a dedicated service body. Halten Sie das Gehäuse, drücken Sie die Stifte zusammen und entfernen Sie den oberen Körper. Schützen Sie den unteren Teil des Körpers mit einem speziellen Wartungskörper vor Witterungseinflüssen und dem Eindringen von Schmutz.

4. Doprowadzi przewód zasilajcy ze slupa do wewntrz oprawy ­ przewód 2×1.5mm. Dostosuj dlugo przewodu, nastpnie zablokuj przewód dokrcajc dlawnic za pomoc 2 kluczy plaskich (20mm, 10Nm).
   Place the power cord from the pole to inside the luminaire – 2×1.5mm wire. Adjust the length of the cable, then lock the cable by tightening the cable gland with 2 flat wrenches (20mm, 10Nm).
   Führen Sie das Stromkabel in das Innere der Leuchte – 2×1, 5mm Kabel. Passen Sie die Länge des Kabels an und sichern Sie das Kabel, indem Sie die Kabelverschraubung mit 2 flachen Schlüsseln (20mm, 10Nm) festziehen.

Osadzi lamp na slupie lub wysigniku zabezpieczajc rubami mocujcymi za pomoc klucza imbusowego (6mm, 3.5Nm), przy skontrowaniu kluczem plaskim (13mm, 10Nm).
Place the lamp on the pole or the extension arm by securing it with the fixing screws by means of a hex wrench (6mm, 3.5Nm), and countering it with a flat wrench (13mm, 10Nm).
Montieren Sie die Lampe an einer Säule oder einem Ausleger und befestigen Sie sie mit einem Inbusschlüssel (6mm, 3.5Nm) und kontern Sie sie mit einem Flachschlüssel (13mm, 10Nm) mit Schrauben.
6A. STANDARD
Ustawi odpowiednio kt nachylenia oprawy regulujc rubami przy uchwycie montaowym za pomoc klucza imbusowego (6mm, 3.5Nm).
Adjust the angle of inclination of the luminaire by adjusting the screws at the mounting bracket with a hex key (6mm, 3.5Nm).
Stellen Sie den Neigungswinkel der Leuchte entsprechend ein, indem Sie die Schrauben an der Montagehalterung mit einem Inbusschlüssel (6mm, 3.5Nm) einstellen.

Ustawi odpowiednio kt nachylenia oprawy regulujc rubami przy uchwycie montaowym za pomoc klucza imbusowego (8mm, 5Nm). Adjust the angle of inclination of the luminaire by adjusting the screws at the mounting bracket with a hex key (8mm, 5Nm). Stellen Sie den Neigungswinkel der Leuchte entsprechend ein, indem Sie die Schrauben an der Montagehalterung mit einem Inbusschlüssel (8mm, 5Nm) einstellen.
Gniazdo NEMA/ZHAGA | NEMA/ZHAGA socket | NEMA/ZHAGA-Buchse
Zamontuj sterownik do gniazda NEMA/ZHAGA, poprzez wcinicie i przekrcenie zgodnie z oznaczeniem na sterowniku. W przypadku braku sterownika zabezpiecz gniazdo NEMA/ZHAGA montujc specjaln Zwork. Attach the controller to the NEMA/ZHAGA socket by pressing and turning as indicated on the controller. If there is no controller, secure the NEMA/ZHAGA socket by installing a special Jumper. Schließen Sie den Controller an die NEMA/ZHAGA-Buchse an, indem Sie ihn wie auf dem Controller angezeigt drücken und drehen. Wenn kein Controller vorhanden ist, sichern Sie die NEMA/ZHAGABuchse, indem Sie einen speziellen Jumper installieren.
