ThermoTec HeatPumps 4 Pools WiFi Module
Product Information:
WIFI Module
The WIFI Module is a device that receives data signals from the cloud server and transmits them to the main device. It can also receive data signals from the main device and transmit them to the cloud server. The module can achieve remote upgrades of the WIFI module baseplate MCU by the cloud server and the remote upgrade of the main device by the WIFI module baseplate MCU. The technical parameters of the WIFI module are not provided in the manual.
The module comes with a magnet on the back for easy installation indoors or outdoors. The user needs to avoid direct sunlight while installing it. The user needs to scan the QR code provided in the manual to download the required app for operating the module. The module has four LEDs, each indicating network configuration, router connection, cloud server connection, and 485 communication. There is also a configuration button that can be used to enter AP Link configuration mode.
Product Usage:
Account Login:
The user needs to use their email address and password to register, log in, or reset the password. The user can follow the instructions provided in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 of the manual for account registration, login, or password reset.
Add Device:
After logging in, the user can add a WIFI or DTU device by following the instructions provided in Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6 of the manual.
IOS WIFI Configure Network:
To configure the network settings for IOS devices, the user needs to follow the instructions provided in Fig. 7, Fig. 8, and Fig. 9 of the manual. The user needs to confirm the permission of Bluetooth, location, and camera by clicking on the corresponding button. The user then needs to press the button on the module and hold it for 1 second until two lights turn on. Finally, the user needs to enter the password for the network.

Description
- Receive data signal from the cloud server and transmit to the main device;

Installation
- There is a magnet on the back of the WIFI module, it can be installed indoors or outdoors, and avoid direct sunlight;

Functional Description
Account Login
Use the email address and password to register, log in, or reset the password.

Account Registration: To register an account, click 1 (Fig.1) to jump to the Account Registration interface, fill in the relevant information and click 2 to receive the verification code, while completing the application information, click 3 to read the details of the Privacy Policy, then click 4 to agree, and click 5, registration is done.
Please note, the valid time of one verification code is 15min, please fill in the verification code within 15min, otherwise, you need to ask for a new one . -
Login: Follow the instructions on the page(Fig.1 ), enter your registered email address and password, click 6, and jump to the devise list;

Forgot Password: While forgetting your password, click 7 (Fig.1 ), jump to the Forgot Password interface
(Fig.3 ). Follow the instructions on the page, fill in the relevant information, click 8 to receive a verification code from your mailbox, click 9 to confirm and the password reset is done.
Add Device
After login, displays the My Device interface (Fig. 4), and follow the
instruction to add WIFI or DTU.
IOS WIFI Configure Network
- Click 10 to confirm the permission of Bluetooth, location, and camera;
- Follow the instructions on the page (Fig.8), press the button on the module, and hold for 1s till two lights are on, the AP connection is activated, click 12 to next;
- Click 13 to enter the WIFI password for the current connection, and click 14 to confirm.
- Click 15 to bond the device (Fig. 10);
- Click “Settings” (Fig.11)to enter the bluetooth setting interface(Fig. 12);
- Turn on bluetooth and back to the APP, directly enter the searching device interface(Fig. 13);
- Click “OK” (Fig.15)to allow the App to use the camera for scanning the WF barcode on the heat pump unit (Fig.17.1), or click “manual input” to enter the WF barcode(Fig. 17.2)
- Click “Confirmed”, and the device bond is done (Fig.18).
- After WIFI bonding is done, jump back to My Device(Fig. 19);
- Click the device directly to jump to the device’s main interface(Fig. 20).
Android WIFI Configure Network
- Click 16 to confirm the permission of Bluetooth, location, and camera;
- Follow the instructions on the page (Fig.22), press the button on the module, and hold for 1s till two lights are on, then AP connection is activated, click 18 to next;
- Click 19 to enter the WIFI password for the current connection, and click 20 to confirm.
- Click “OK” to enable bluetooth permission (Fig. 24);
- Click “Allow” to enable bluetooth permission (Fig. 25);
- Click “Reconnect” (Fig.26) directly jump to searching device interface(Fig. 27);
- Click 21 to bond the device (Fig. 28);
- Click “While using the app” to allow the App to use the camera for scanning the WF barcode on the heat pump unit (Fig.31.1), or click “manual input” to enter the WF barcode(Fig. 32.2)
- Click “OK”, and the device bond is done (Fig.33).
- After WIFI bonding is done, jump back to My Device(Fig. 19);
- Click the device directly and jump to the device’s main interface(Fig. 20).
