Product Information

The product is a LED luminaire designed for various applications including street lighting, park lighting, car park lighting, exterior lighting, and pedestrian crossing lighting. It is manufactured by Ledolux Poland Sp. z o.o. and has a weight ranging from 4.2kg to 7.3kg, depending on the model. The luminaire operates at a nominal voltage of 205 – 250V~, with a frequency of 50/60Hz. It has a luminous efficacy of 170lm/W and is available in two color temperatures: 2700K and 4000K. The beam angle is asymmetrical, and the recommended mounting height is between 4m and 14m.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Installation must be performed by a qualified person. If you have any doubts about the installation or use of the LED luminaire, consult the manufacturer.
2. The luminaire should be installed in dry weather conditions to avoid moisture entrapment and potential damage to the electrical components. Do not install the luminaire during rainfall or high air humidity.
3. For luminaires without a 0-10V controller, leave the connection point for control wires (+, -) empty. Do not ground the terminal provided for the control wires.
4. If the luminaire fails, replace it. Attempting self-repair will void the warranty.
5. Keep the luminaire in a cool, dry, and clean environment. Avoid exposure to water and fire.
6. Disconnect the power supply before installation. Turn on the power after connecting and securing all luminaires in the circuit.
7. The light source used in this luminaire should only be replaced by the manufacturer or their service representative, or a similarly qualified person.
8. To clean the luminaire, use a damp cloth to remove dirtiness that settles due to normal operation. Do not use invasive cleaners or cleaning methods.

WARNING!!
When installing luminaires on composite poles, it is absolutely necessary to ground the fixture by connecting the PE wire to the knife terminal inside the luminaire. In case of any problems in this matter, please consult the manufacturer.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

1. Make sure you disconnect the power supply before installation.
2. Open the luminaire housing.
3. After servicing, disassemble the service body. Then while squeezing the locking pins, fix the upper part of the housing. The upper housing should be mounted on both hinges.
4. Check the position of the gasket and its cleanliness (all solid parts must be removed).
   Close the luminaire and press it with the clips (properly closed, it should make a loud “click”). The serviced luminaire does not require re-positioning on the pole.

LUMINAIRE SERVICE

1. CAUTION, risk of electric shock. Open the luminaire. After opening, the power supply in the upper part of luminaire body is disconnected.

2. Tilt the upper part of the luminaire body as far as possible.

3. Holding the housing, squeeze the pins and remove the upper body.
   Protect the lower part of the body against weather conditions and the ingress of dirt with a dedicated service body.

4. Place the power cord from the pole to inside the luminaire – 2×1.5mm wire. Adjust the length of the cable, then lock the cable by tightening the cable gland with 2 flat wrenches (20mm, 10Nm).

5. Connect the power cord to the blade terminal M29 as specified below.

   • Characteristic of the blade terminal

   • Rated connecting capacity: 1.5-4mm2
   • Preparation of the power cable
   1. se wires with double insulation .
   2. Applies to the connection of control cables.

6. Place the lamp on the pole or the extension arm by securing it with the fixing screws by means of a hex wrench (6mm, 3.5Nm), and countering it with a flat wrench (13mm, 10Nm).

7. STANDARD
   Adjust the angle of inclination of the luminaire by adjusting the screws at the mounting bracket with a hex key (6mm, 3.5Nm).

8. Bracket 90D
   Adjust the angle of inclination of the luminaire by adjusting the screws at the mounting bracket with a hex key (8mm, 5Nm).

NEMA socket
Attach the controller to the NEMA socket by pressing and turning as indicated on the controller. If there is no controller, secure the NEMA socket by installing a special Jumper.

NOTE

Installation must be performed by a qualified person. In case of doubts as to the installation or use of the LED luminaire, consult manufacturer.

The luminaire should be installed in dry weather conditions to avoid the entrapment of moisture inside the luminaire, which may lead to corrosion of electrical components and damage to the luminaire. The luminaire should not be installed during rainfall or high air humidity.
This product contains a light source with energy efficiency class:

A for CCT=4000K B for CCT=2700K.

For luminaires without 0-10V controller, the connection point for control wires (+, -) should be left empty.
Do not ground the terminal provided for the control wires (+, -).
Replace the luminaire after a failure. Self-repair shall void the warranty.
Keep the luminaire in a cool, dry and clean environment. Keep away from water and fire.
Make sure you disconnect the power supply before installation. Turn on the power after connecting and securing all luminaires in the circuit.
The light source used in this luminaire should only be replaced by the manufacturer or their service representative, or a similarly qualified person.
Protect your eyes, avoid looking at the light for a long period of time.
Dirtiness that settle down on the luminaire due to normal operation shall be cleaned with a damp cloth. Do not use invasive cleaners or cleaning methods.
