OVERVIEW
Remote Control
INSTALLATION
-
Select the orientation of the projector.
-
Select your system language
-
Select your region.
-
Accept the data collection and firmware updates notice. Note: Kogan.com will not collect any private information that is not related to product use

Select your home’s Wi-Fi network and connect your projector to the internet
-
Select “Start Netflix” to sign into your Netflix account or select “SKIP” to skip this step.

When the initial setup is completed, Press OK to continue to the home screen.
Note: This screen will automatically close after 5 seconds.
OPERATION
Note:
The homepage content is updated in real time.
Wireless Connection
iOS Devices:
-
Ensure all devices are connected to the same wireless network.

Select “ ” on the homepage to enter, then select “ ” App assistant.
-
Press OK to download “ScreenShare” in Apps and add it to the App Centre homepage, then select “ScreenShare”.
-
Open the Control Centre on your iOS device, select on “Screen Mirroring”, select the projector device name from the list to connect to the Smart Projector.
Android Devices:
-
Ensure all devices are connected to the same wireless network.

Select “ ” on the homepage to enter, then select “Screencast”.

With Wi-Fi: Ensure your device and projector are connected to the same network, turn on the “Bluetooth” on your Android device, then select projector device name to connect to the Smart Projector.
Without Wi-Fi: Enable “WLAN” and “Bluetooth” on your Android
device, then select projector device name to connect to the Smart Projector
Wired Connection Connect to Laptop/PC
- Connect your computer to the projector using the supplied HDMI cable.
- Select “HDMI” in the Input Source page.
Connecting to MacOS
- To connect your MacOS computer to the projector you will require an HDMI adapter (not supplied). Connect the supplied HDMI cable to the adapter and connect the other end to the projector.
- Select “HDMI” in the Input Source page.
Connecting to iOS Device:
- Connect your iPhone or iPad to the projector using a lightning to HDMI adapter (not supplied). Connect the supplied HDMI cable to the adapter and connect the other end to the projector.
- Select “HDMI” in the Input Source page.
Connecting to the Media Player
- Connect the projector to your media player using the AV cable included in the package.
- Turn on your media player and projector.
- Connect the cultured female connector to the RCA cable of the media player and then connect the yellow male connector to the projector’s AV input port.
- Select “Input Source” on the homepage, select the “AV” port and connect it.
Connecting to the External USB Storage Device

Turn on the projector and insert a USB flash drive to one of the two USB ports on projector.
Note: The USB-T port on this projector is labeled differently but functions as a standard USB port. You can connect typical USB devices to this port for data transfer or multimedia purposes, just as you would with any regular USB connection. -
Select “Input Source” on the homepage, select the “USB” port and connect it.
Note: The USB drive and files need to meet the following formats

Browser

Select ” ” in the upper left corner or “OPEN Browser” icon on the homepage to open the browser.

Press the ” ” button on the remote control, then enter your personal home page.

Click “Log in” and then sign into your Google account.
Note: To exit the browser and go back to the homepage, press the ” ” button on the remote control.
Settings
Select the icon of the homepage or press the shortcut key on the remote
control to enter the settings page.
Network
-
Select “Settings” on the home page and the access “Network”.

Select “Wi-Fi” and then choose your wireless network from the “Available Networks”.

Press “OK” to enter the password page. Enter your home network password and press “OK” to connect. The network is successfully connected.
Bluetooth
-
Select “Settings” on the home page and then access “Bluetooth”.
-
Enable “Bluetooth” on the projector and turn on your Bluetooth device, ensure the device is in Bluetooth pairing mode.

Wait 3-8 seconds for the projector to search for available Bluetooth devices, then select your Bluetooth device.
Projection Mode
- Select “Settings” on the home page and then access “Projection Mode”.
- Select the appropriate projection mode according to your needs, including Front, Rear, Ceiling, Rear Ceiling.
Focus
- Select “Settings” on the home page and then select “Focus”.
Auto Focus : The autofocus function is turned on by default. Once powered on, the projector automatically focuses for the best clear image.
Autofocus after displacement: When the projector lens is detected by the IR sensor to shake or move slightly, it will automatically focus immediately and adjust to the best projected image
Manual Focus
- Click “F+” and “F-” shortcut keys on the remote control to quickly auto-focus to get a clear projection image.
- Enter “Settings” “Focus” “Manual Focus” function and adjust the ” ” or ” ” button to obtain a sharper image.
Keystone
- Select “Settings” on the home page and then select “Keystone”.
Auto Correction: This projector automatically turns on the automatic trapezoidal function when it is turned on by default.
Auto Correction After Displacement: After turning on the Auto-Correct After Displacement button, when the projector lens is detected by the IR sensor to shake or move slightly, it will automatically correct and adjust to the best projected image.
Four Points Correction Function: Enter “Settings” “Keystone” “Four-
Points
Correction” function and adjust the “ “, ” “ , ” ” or ” ” button to adjust the
picture shape to obtain better projection effects.
Zoom
Enter “Settings” “Zoom” function, adjust screen size from 100% to
50% by pressing the ” “, “ “. Press “ ” to reduce the screen size and press ”
” to increase the screen size.
Picture Mode & Audio
Select “Settings” on the homepage, then enter “Picture Mode” or
“Audio”.
Setup
Select “Settings” on the homepage, then enter “Setup”
TROUBLESHOOTING
How do I access Netflix?
- Press the “Netflix” button on the remote control.
- Or select “Netflix” on the homepage.
Can I download other apps besides Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video?
You can open “ ” OPEN Browser or “ ” APP STORE on the homepage to search
and add the application you want.
How do I invert the picture?
- Press the “Projection” button on the remote control.
- Or select the “Settings” the select “Projection” and choose the projection you need.
How do I update the firmware?
When a new version is detected, you will be asked to reboot and update.
Why is there only sound but no image when connecting an extra device?
Because the copyright of some videos is only allowed to be played on mobile
phones/laptops/computers and projectors are not allowed.
What do I do if the remote is unresponsive?
- Make sure the batteries are installed correctly and the power is enough.
- Please make sure the IR receiver is not covered.
What should I do if there are small dots on display?
Clean the lens with clean non-woven fabrics.
