How do I assign club roles/ access levels to my club?
This guide will show you how you how to gain access to your club administration area on the new membership system, and assign your members to various roles and responsibilities within your club
This guide will cover:
- How to log in
- Searching for your club

- Bulk management of club roles
Log into your My BG account using your email address/ username and password
Select the Menu Icon and locate your **My Club** ‘ area and click on the
Members ‘ Tab
On this page you can filter your members, to make an easier selection
Alternatively, you can search for your member and then select them
Once you Clicked on your member this box will now appear, you can update
member details, but to update their club role, first click the tab **Club Roles** ‘ and then Update Roles ‘
You can then select their role using the tick boxed, and now press save
Select the Menu Icon and locate the Administration area and click on the ` Members ‘ tab
Then click on ` Roles ‘ to the left of the screen
Here you can filter the roles in your club for bulk management
