Applying Block Registration
How do I apply for Block Registration?
This guide will show you how to apply and complete payment for block
registration.
Please note- only individuals with full administrator permissions will be
apply to complete block registration applications.

Log into your ‘My BG account’ using your email address/username and password
Once you have logged in, click on the menu
button in the top left corner
In the menu tab, select
the ‘Club Affiliation’ tile under My Club Above your current club
registration, you will see an option to ‘Add, Renew or Upgrade your
Membership’
Click here Alongside your club membership, you will see the option for Block
Registration
Click ‘More info’, then ‘select’ Click on ‘add’ to open a tray on the right-
hand side. Here is where you will select the number of spaces you require for
your class
Please note- if the number of spaces is not available, you can make additional
requests at a later date The start date and expiry date are the period for
which your application has to be approved and paid for
Add the activity and type of session that you will be using the block
registration spaces for and click ‘save’ Your application has now been sent
to British Gymnastics for approval and you will see the credential as ‘pending
approval’
Once you have received an automated email informing you that your application
has been approved, you will be required to accept the Terms & Conditions and
make payment before your classes can start
Head back to the Club affiliation tile, as detailed at the beginning of this
guide. You will see a new option – First Block Registration Payment
Click ‘More info’ Click ‘select’ before clicking ‘Accept’
A tray will open from the right-hand side
The start and expiry dates are the period in which the payment must be made
The insurance cover for your block registration spaces will expire on 30th
September
Click to accept the Terms & Conditions, then ‘save’ Click ‘Finish’ to move to
payment
Discounts will be applied if the application is between 1st June and 30th
September
Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer
Once payment is complete, your classes can begin All block registration spaces
will expire on 30th September
Once the 7-day payment window has passed, you can apply for further space
You can make up to six applications per membership year ****
