Request to Change Club’s Name
How do I request to change my club’s name?
This guide will show you the process of requesting to change your club’s name
This guide will cover:
- How to log in
- How to request a club name change
Log into your My BG account using your email address/usernameand password
Once you have logged in, click on the menu
button in the top left corner 
Once you have clicked on the menu tab, scroll down to the ‘My Club’ section
Click ‘Club Credentials’ 
You will be brought to this page,
where you need to click on the ‘ Add credentials’ box 
A tray will appear from the righthand side
Click ‘Club name change request’ 
Complete the form
detailing the club’s current name and what you would like to change it to
Then click save at the top right 
Once you have clicked
save, a yellow box will appear informing you that the request is ‘pending
approval’
The British Gymnastics Membership Services team will review the change and
where necessary approve it
Once approved, the request will change to
‘active’ and your club’s name will have changed in your club profile ****
