Safeguarding Certificate Linking
How do I link a safeguarding certificate?
This guide will show you how to upload a safeguarding attendance certificate
to your membership profile
This guide will cover:
- How to log in
- How to upload a safeguarding certificate
Log into your My BG account using your email address/username and
password
Once logged in, click on the
‘profile’ tab
Click on the ‘Credentials’ tab
and select ‘Add Credentials’ 
A tray will appear
from the right-hand side
Use the search bar to select ‘External Safeguarding Certificate’
A tray will appear from the right-hand side
Use the search bar to select ‘External Safeguarding Certificate’ 
Use the scroll bar to the right of the page to move down
the page to add the ‘Provider’
To upload your safeguarding certificate, drag the file(s) here or click to
upload box to upload the saved document from your device 
Once you have located the saved document in your files either click to select
the document to upload or click on it and holding the mouse button down drag
to the grey upload box
Select ‘Save’ in the top right of the page 
The certificate will be added to your ‘Credentials’, pending
approval
This will be reviewed by theBritish Gymnastics Membership Services team for
approval 
Once approved, the credential
will show as ‘Active’
