British Gymnastics Subscription Managing
How do I manage my subscriptions?
This guide will show you how to manage your payment subscriptions, including how to cancel and update your card details
This guide will cover
- How to log in
- How to update your card details
- How to cancel your subscription
Log into your ‘My BG account’ using your email address/username and password
Once you have logged in, click on the menu in the top left-hand corner and
select the ‘Finance’ tile
Here you will see a list of all your subscriptions
Click ‘view plans’ for the subscription you’d like to manage
You will see the status of the subscription and details of the next payment
Click ‘update card details’ to make any amends
Click ‘Payment Schedule’ to view your planned payments
If you wish to cancel your subscription, click ‘Cancel plan’
This will change the status of your subscription to ‘cancelled
You can also choose to reactivate it if you wish
