British Gymnastics Renewing an Existing Member Membership Instructions

How do I renew an existing member?
This guide will show you how to renew an existing member’s membership as a club administrator

This guide will cover:

  • How to log in
  • How to view your members
  • How to renew their membership

Log into your ‘ My BG accoun t ’ using your email address/username and password

Once you have logged in, click on the ‘menu’ button in the top left corner

Once you have clicked on the menu tab, scroll down to the ‘My Club’ section
Under this section there is a ‘members’ tile , click this to view your members

You will see a list of individuals linked to your club
You can search for the member using the ‘search   bar
Click the relevant member

Click onto the ‘Go To Membership’ tab to select the correct membership

A notification will pop up to renew the existing membership
Click ‘Renew’. You will then have the option to renew.

Fill in the form, as if you were the Member
You will need to agree to be a member
Rules on behalf of the member, however, you will have included these in your club’s sign -up process

Complete/amend the remaining questions, where necessary
Click ‘Checkout’ to proceed to payment

Clicking the checkout button will bring you to the checkout page showing the British Gymnastics fee and the home nation charge at £0
Check to amount and click either ‘ Pay via bank’ or ‘Pay with card’, d epending on which payment method you prefer

Pay Via Bank
Fill in your bank details and click next

Pay With Card
Fill in your card details and click the blue pay button. Your payment will then process

Your payment will then be confirmed
When you view your members page, you will be able to see the member’s membership status
