| INFLUENCE FACTORS| SOLUTIONS

1| Device Model| Check if your device is compatible, refer to the COMPATIBILITY list.
2| Adapter and Charging Cable| The adapter and. the charging cable must be firmly connected.

Try to reconnect the 18W adapter and charging cable in the package. If the problem persists, try another adapter of 18W or above and charging cable.

3| Protective Case|

The thickness of the protective case (non-metallic) should not exceed 0.2in (5mm).

Try to remove the case and check again.

4| Interference| Magnetic/ Metal Attachments (such as credit cards, keys, etc.) will interfere the charging.

Please remove them when charging.
