Can’t Charge? Causes and Solutions

Position| Make sure the center of the back of the phone is
aligned with the “+”.
Adapter and
Charging Cable| Please use certified QC 3.0 18W adapter in the package
to charge the device. Do not plug into computer USB
port or any other non-certified USB port.The adapter and the charging cable must be firmly
connected. Try to reconnect the adapter and charging
cable.

If the problem persists, try a different adapter (9V= 2A/
12V =1.5A) and charging cable.

Protective Case| Only support the original MagSafe case
Interference| Magnetic/ Metal Attachments (such as credit cards,

keys, etc.) will interfere the charging. Please remove them when charging.

Temperature| Do not use this product in a high temperature environment
or expose it to rain or snow.If your device can not be fully charged, this may due to high
environmental temperature, please recharge after the
temperature is lowered.
