TROUBLESHOOTING

When your phone can not be charged properly (when the indicator light of the wireless charger is flashing), please remove the phone, wait until the charging logo of the phone disappears and the indicator light of the wireless charger stops flashing, and then put the phone on the wireless charger in the correct position.

To quickly charge the phone, a QC3.0/PD adapter is required.

CAUTION

• Do not store device in high-temperature environment, including heat caused by intense sunlight or other forms of heat. Do not place device in fire or other excessively hot environments.
  Exposure to fire or temperature above 212F(100-C) may cause explosion.

• Do not use the wireless charger in excess of its output rating. Overloading outputs above rating may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons.

• Do not expose the wireless charger to rain or snow.

• Do not modify, repair or disassemble the unity. If so, please contact the manufacturer.

• Switch off the wireless charger when not in use.

• The wireless charger will automatically switch off when disconnected from its wall charger.

• Make sure to disconnect the device from power when cleaning.

Device Model| Check if your phone is compatible, refer to the COMPATIBILITY list.
Position| Make sure the center of the back of the phone is aligned with the”+”.
Adapter and Charging Cable| Please use certified QC 3.0/PD adapter to charge the device. Do not plug into computer USS port or any other non-certified USB port.
The adapter and the charging cable must be firmly connected. Try to reconnect the adapter and charging cable.
If the problem persists, try a different adapter (9V-2A/ 12V-1.5A)and charging cab le.
Protective Case| The thickness of the protective case (non-metallic) should not exceed 0.2in (5mm). The size of the phone with the case should not exceed 6.45in (164mm).
Try to remove the case and check again.
Interference| Magnetic/ Metal Attachments (such as credit cards, keys, etc.) will interfere the charging.

Temperature| Do not use this product in a high temperature environment or expose it to rain or snow.
It is normal and safe to hear a humming noise when very close to the charger. It means that this wireless charger is adjusting its temperature to achieve a more efficient charging speed.
If your device can not be fully charged, this may due to high environmental temperature, please recharge after the temperature is lowered.
