WARM NOTE
- Only use certified QC 3.0/PO 3.0charging adapter (9V/2A and above output) to power the charger, don’t plug into computer USB port or any other non-certified USB port
- For big-size phones charging like iPhone 13 Pro Maxi 12 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra/ S20 Ultra/ Note 20 Ultra, if you encounter abnormal charging, please remove the phone case or place the phone horizontally to charge.
- If your iPhone cannot be charged, it may be caused by the iOS version(especially iOS 14.3). Please restart your phone to solve it.
- If the thickness of the phone case is more than 5mm, please remove the phone case before charging.
- If your device is hot when charging or cannot be charged to 100%, please align the center of the device with the charging position marked on the product. Dislocation of the charging area will cause this problem.
- It is nonnal and safe to hear a humming noise when very close to the charger, it means that the wireless charger is adjusting its temperature to achieve a more efficient charging speed.
- The watch wireless charging area supports Apple Watch only.
Q&A
Whan I place the phone on the charger, it starts charging, but after a few minutes It stops and the light starts to flash. Why?
- Make sure your device supports the Qi wireless charging function before using this wireless charger.
- Check if you are using the QC 3.0 adapter to power our wireless charger, or test with another adapter.
- Test with other USB cables.
- Check whether your device’s case contains metal. Magnetic and metal attachments will cause an LEO flash and prevent charging. If the phone has a case, please make sure the thickness is less than 5mm or remove the case before charging.
- Please place the phone correctly. If the phone is placed in the incorrect position, it will affect charging.
- Restart your phone.
Why can’t I charge my AlrPods 2?
- Make sure your device supports the wireless charging function.
- AirPods 2 is divided into two series; one supports wireless charging and the other cannot support wireless charging.
- When your AirPocls 2 has an indicator on the outside of the shell, it can support wireless charging. When your AirPods 2’s indicator is inside the clam shell, it can’t support wireless charging.
- You can confirm by contacting the customer service.
