Safe and effective use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled, maintained, and used properly. It is your responsibility to ensure that all users of the equipment are informed of all warnings and precautions.
- Before starting any exercise program, you should consult your physician to determine if you have any medical or physical conditions that could put your health and safety at risk or prevent you from using the equipment properly. Your physician’s advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart rate, blood pressure, or cholesterol level.
- Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health. Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms: pain, tightness in your chest, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, lightheadedness, dizziness, or feelings of nausea. If you do experience any of these conditions, you should consult your physician before continuing with your exercise program.
- Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The equipment is designed for adult use only.
- Use the equipment on a solid, flat-level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet. To ensure safety, the equipment should have at least 4 feet (120 CM) of free space all around it.
- Ensure that all nuts and bolts are securely tightened before using the equipment. The safety of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and/or wear and tear.
- Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any defective components while assembling or checking the equipment, or if you hear any unusual noises coming from the equipment during exercise, discontinue use of the equipment immediately and do not use it until the problem has been rectified.
- Wear suitable clothing while using the equipment. Avoid wearing loose clothing that may become entangled in the equipment.
- Do not place fingers or objects into the moving parts of the equipment.
- The maximum weight capacity of this unit is 350 pounds (158 KG).
- The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
- To avoid bodily injury and/or damage to the product or property, proper lifting and moving are required.
- Your product is intended for use in cool and dry conditions. You should avoid storage in extreme cold, hot or damp areas as this may lead to corrosion and other related problems.

STEP 1 : Attach the Front Stabilizer (No. 6) and the Rear Stabilizer (No.
7) to the Main Frame (No. 1) with the 4 Square Neck Bolts (No. 9), 4 Arc
Washers (No. 12), and 4 Ball Cap Nuts (No. 11) using Spanner (No. 103).|
STEP 2: Remove 6 Hex Pan Head Screws (No. 14) and 6 Washers (No. 15) from
Slide Rail (No. 4) using Allen Wrench (No. 106).
Attach the Slide Rail (No. 4) to the Main The frame (No. 1) with 6 Hex Pan
Head Screws (No. 14), 6 Washers (No. 15) that were just
removed by using Allen Wrench (No. 106). Remove 2 Hex Socket Cap Screws (No.
22) from the Axle (No. 19) with Allen Wrench (No. 105). Attach the Adjustment
Handle (No. 8) to the Axle (No. 19), and lock them with 2 Hex Socket Cap
Screws (No. 22) that were just removed by using Allen Wrench (No. 105).

STEP 3 : Remove 4 Hex Pan Head Screws (No. 14) and 4 Washers (No. 15) from the Back Rest (No. 37) using Allen Wrench (No. 06). Attach the Back Rest (No. 37) to the Seat Tube (No. 2) with 4 Hex Pan Head Screws (No. 14) and 4 Washers (No. 15) that were just removed by using Allen Wrench (No. 106). Remove 4 Hex Pan Head Screws (No. 14) and 4 Washers (No. 15) from the Seat (No. 6) using Allen Wrench (No. 106). Attach the Seat (No. 36) to the Seat Tube (No. 2) with 4 Hex Pan Head Screws (No. 14) and 4 Washers (No. 15) that were just removed by using Allen Wrench (No. 106).
| STEP 4 : Remove 2 Hex Pan Head Screws (No. 50), 2 Spring Washers (No.
51), 2 Flat Washers (No. 52), 2 Wave Washers (No. 54) from Long Axle (No. 57)
using 2 Allen Wrenches (No. 106). Attach the Swing Tubes (No. 3L/R) to the
Main Frame (No. 1) with 2 Hex Pan Head Screws (No. 50), 2 Spring Washers (No.
51), 2 Flat Washers (No. 52), 2 Wave Washers (No. 54) that were just removed
from Long Axle (No. 57) using 2 Allen
Wrenches (No. 106). Attach the 2 Connecting Boards (No. 110) and 2
Simple Bearings (No. 24) to the 2 Cranks (No. 40L/R) with 2 Alloy Bushings 2
(No. 29), 2 Spacers (No. 115), 2 Flat Washers (No. 39), and
2 Spring Washers (No. 109) using Spanner (No. 103).
NOTE: The Connecting Boards (No. 110) and Simple Bearings (No. 24) are
pre-assembled. The Alloy Bushings 2 (No. 29) are pre-assembled to Spacers (No.
115). Attach Pedals (No. 27L/R) to the Cranks (No. 40L/R) using Spanner (No.
108). NOTE: Make sure to attach the Right Pedal (No. 27R), marked R, to the
Right Crank (No. 40R). It should be tightened lockwise. Attach the Left Pedal
(No. 27L), marked L, to the Left Crank (No. 40L). It should be tightened
counter-clockwise. Attaching the Pedals (No. 27L/R) to the wrong Cranks (No.
40L/R) or turning in the wrong direction will permanently damage the crank and
the pedal.
STEP 5 : Attach the 2 Handlebars (No. 5L/R) to the 2 Swing Tubes (No. 3L/R) with 4 Square Bolts (No. 58), 4 Arc Washers (No. 59), and 4 Ball Cap Nuts (No. 11) using Spanner (No. 103). Connect the 2 Pulse Wires (No. 60) with 2 Extension Wires 1 (No. 49). Lift up the Computer Tube (No. 13). Position the Sleeve (No. 71) in between the holes of the Fixed Bracket (No. 63). Thread Hex Screw (No. 64) from the side of the Fixed Bracket (No. 63), through Sleeve (No. 71), to the other side of the Fixed Bracket (No. 63) and tighten with Allen Wrench (No. 105). See Fig. A. Connect the 2 Extension Wires 2 (No. 65), Sensor Wire (No. 66) with the wires of the Computer (No. 31). Remove 4 Cross Pan Head Screws (No. 38) from the back of the Computer (No. 31). Attach the Computer (No. 31) to the Computer Tube (No. 13) with 4 Cross Pan Head Screws (No. 38) using Spanner (No. 103). Assembly is now complete!
ADJUSTMENTS & USAGE GUIDE

ADJUSTING THE SEAT POSITION
To move the seat forward or backward, while seated on the bike, put your feet
on the floor. Pull the Adjustment Handle (No. 8) towards you.Move the seat.
Push the Adjustment Handle (No.8) forward to secure.| ADJUSTING THE LEVEL
If the bike is not leveled, adjust the End Caps (No. 26).
MOVING THE BIKE
Lift the bike by the Rear Stabilizer (No. 7) until the wheels on the Front
Stabilizer (No. 6) touch the floor. Now you can move the bike.
BATTERY INSTALLATION & REPLACEMENT
BATTERY
INSTALLATION:
The meter uses 2 AAA batteries. Open the battery cover from the back of the
meter, then put 2 batteries into the battery compartment. Make sure the (+)
and (-) ends of the batteries are in the correct position. Put the battery
cover back.
BATTERY REPLACEMENT:
If there is a problem with the display, try changing the batteries first. Open
the battery cover, remove the old batteries, and replace them with new
batteries. Make sure the (+) and (-) ends of the batteries are in the correct
position. Put the battery cover back. When changing batteries, always replace
both with new batteries. Do not mix old and new batteries.
EXERCISE COMPUTER
FUNCTION KEYS:
MODE
Press this button to change the display or choose the window that needs to be
set. In computer status, hold this button for 3 seconds to reset all values to
zero.
SET
Set value of Time, Distance, Calorie and Pulse when not in scan mode
RESET
Press to reset Time, Distance, Calorie, and Pulse. In computer status, hold
this button for 3 seconds to reset all values to zero.
FUNCTIONS :
SCAN
Press the MODE button until “SCAN” appears, and the computer will rotate
through all 6 functions: Time, Calorie, Speed, Distance, Total Distance, and
Pulse. Each will be displayed for 6 seconds.
SPEED (SPD)
Displays speed, the range is 0.0 ~ 999.9 MPH.
TIME (TMR)
Counts the total exercise time from start to the end, the range is 0 ~ 99
Minutes.
DISTANCE (DST)
Counts the total exercise distance from start to the end and the range is 0.0
~ 999.9 Mile.
CALORIES (CAL)
Counts the total exercise calories consumed from start to the end, the range
is 0.0 ~ 999.9 KCAL.
TOTAL DISTANCE (ODO)
Count the total distance after installing the batteries.
PULSE
Hold the pulse sensors to read your heart rate per minute. The range is 40 ~
240 bpm.
AUTO START/STOP
The computer will turn on when you press any key or start the exercise. After
4 minutes of inactivity, the computer will turn off.
COUNTDOWN
The functions of Time, Distance, and Calorie can be set to countdown. Press
MODE to select the function, then press SET to adjust the value. Make sure you
are not in SCAN. Start pedaling to start the countdown. When the countdown
value goes to zero, the computer will beep for 6 seconds.
PULSE RATE
NOTE : The measurement value may be higher during the first 2 ~ 3 seconds
of Pulse Rate, then will return to a normal level. The measurement value
cannot be regarded as the basis of medical treatment.
BATTERY DISPOSAL : This computer uses two AAA batteries. If the display appears improper or becomes difficult to read, please try installing new batteries before attempting to contact. Always change both batteries at the same time. Do not mix battery types and do not mix old and new batteries. Dispose of the batteries according to your state and regional guidelines.
