WARNINGS

This device is intended for household, indoor and dry use only.
Plug in power supply that corresponds to the rated one on device only. In case of misusage power supply or device failure may occur.
This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be done by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
Keep the device and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years old.If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
This device should never operate empty/unloaded, because such action could result in appliance failure and/ or injuries to the user.
This device should never be switched on or stay plugged in power supply when not in use, while replacing accessories or during cleaning.
Wait until moving parts have stopped running before you remove the parts of the appliance.
Before use, place the product on hard, flat, stable and dry surface.
Do not attempt to grind bones, nuts or other hard items.
Never reach into the cutter housing. Always use the pusher.
If the device is not working as it should, has received a sharp blow, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors or dropped into water, do not use it.
Never feed food by hand. Always use food pusher.
Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
Use extreme caution when manipulating the parts to avoid any injuries due to the sharp blades.
The use of attachments or accessories not recommended or sold by the product distributor may cause personal or property hazards or injuries.
Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
Do not use fingers to scrape food away from discharge disc while appliance is operating. Cut type injury may result.
Regularly remove blockages caused by food because they greatly reduce device’s general performance.
Children shall not play with the appliance.
Clean and dry thoroughly before first use
Rotating parts pose entrapment risk. Keep clear.
Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains voltage before you connect the appliance.
Do not use the appliance if the mains cord, the plug or other parts are damaged.
Do not attempt any modification or repair by yourself and ensure that any repair is conducted only by appropriately qualified technician.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced immediately by authorized and qualified person only.
Please refer to below paragraphs about details on cleaning, settings and accessories.

BEFORE USE

Before the first use, please clean all the detachable parts such as food pusher, funnel, meat tube, mincing screw, blade, blade disk, lock nut, and so on completely.

USAGE

Make sure the device is unplugged from the power supply.

Blending

Assemble the meat tube to the main unit: press the release button with one hand hold the meat tube with the other hand, insert it into the main unit and rotate it counter clockwise until locked and release the release button. Pic. 2 (see: PICTURES, Pic. 2).
Assemble mincing screw, blade, blade disc and lock nut as illustrated into the meat tube and the appliance is ready for use. Pic. 3 (see: PICTURES, Pic. 3)
Note: Make sure the sharp end of the blade is facing towards the blade disk when assembling.
Insert the tray into the meat tube.
Ensure that the power switch is set at “O” position, before plugging the device into power supply.
Place a proper size bowl under lock nut to catch processed meat.
Press the power switch to “ON” position (the mincing screw and the blade turn counter clockwise), put the meat piece into meat tube, then gradualy press it down with the pusher.
Notes: Cut all foods into pieces (sinewless, boneless and fatless meat is recommended, approximate size: 20 mm x 20 mm x 60 mm). Never push food into device with a hand.
The maximum operation time per time shall not exceed 7 minutes and minimum 10 minutes rest time must be maintained between two consecutive cycles.
When done mincing, unplug the device from power supply, disassemble the meat tube from main unit by pressing release button with one hand, rotate the meat tube assembly clockwise with the other hand and pull it out.

Reverse function

In case of jamming press the power switch to “O” position and allow mincing screw to come to a complete stop.
Press and hold the power switch to “R” position, mincing screw will start rotating in opposite direction as the meat tube should get freed. If this is not successful, press the power “O”, unplug the device from power supply and clean it manualy.

Note: The“R” operation time shall not exceed 5 seconds.

Making sausage

Assemble the meat tube into the main unit Pic.2 (see: PICTURES, Pic.2).
Assemble the mincing screw, kibbe cone, sausage funnel, lock nut as illustrated in the picture Pic 4 (see: PICTURES, Pic.4).
Note: Never assemble blade and blade disk when making sausages, and do not assemble sausage funnel or kibbe cone when mincing meat.
Slide small intestine onto sausage funnel and place minced meat into tray.
Press the power switch to “ON” position (the mincing screw starts rotating) and the minced meat enters the intestine.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Unplug the device from power supply before cleaning.
Disassemble all the parts as instructed and immerse them all except main unit in water for cleaning.
Wipe the outside surface of the main unit with a damp cloth and then dry thoroughly.
Meat tube (14), lock nut (9), mincing screw (13), blade disc large (11), blade disc small (10) and blade (12) are NOT DISHWASHER SAFE. Wash them under warm soapy water and dry them completely with a cloth.
To prevent rust on the blade discs (10, 11), it is recommended to wipe them with a light coating of oil or grease before storing. Wash them well before next use.

TROUBLESHOOTING
