WARNINGS

This device is equipped with a grounded plug. Please ensure the wall outlet in your house is well earthed.
This device is intended for household and dry use only
Do not touch hot surfaces.
To avoid any risk of electrical shock, do not immerse or expose the cord, plug or device to water or other liquids.
Close supervision is necessary when using this appliance near children.
Before use, place the product on hard, flat, stable, dry and heat resistant surface, protected from outside elements.
Slight odors are possible at beginning of usage until the device reaches its thermal stability.
If the device is not working as it should, has received a sharp blow, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors or dropped into water, do not use it.
This device should never be switched on or stay plugged in the power supply when not in use, while replacing accessories or during cleaning.
Do not attempt any modification or repair by yourself and ensure that any repair is conducted only by an appropriately qualified technician.

This appliance is not intended to be used with external timers or separate remote control systems.
This device shouldnot be moved if containing hot oil or other hot liquids.
This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be done by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.

BEFORE USE

Carefully unpack and remove all packaging materials from device before inspecting it for any possible damage.
Place the product on flat, level, heat-resistant surface close to a wall outlet and protected from outside elements.
NOTE: Never place grill in, on or near hot hob, oven or similar heating source.
Wipe the cooking plate with a damp cloth.
Do not immerse the housing, power cord or temperature controller in water or any other liquid.
Insert the temperature controller (with knob facing upwards) into the cooking plate’s socket.
Plug the power cable in power supply and allow the device to heat for 5-10 minutes at maximum temperature/setting. This will burn off any residue from the manufacturing process. NOTE: There may be a small amount of smoke or odor during this time, but it will not last longer than a few minutes.
Unplug the device from the power supply and allow it to cool off. Wipe the cooking plate with a dry clean cloth again.

USAGE

NOTE: This device generates heat during use. Proper precautions must be taken to prevent the risk of burns, fires or other damage to property caused by touching the sides or top while in use or during cooling.

Set the temperature controller to “OFF” and plug the device in the power supply.
Start heating with rotating the temperature controller knob in the clockwise direction to chosen setting/temperature. The power light will turn on.
When the power light turns off it indicates that device has reached the set temperature
Place the food on the cooking plate and allow the device to grill it at set temperature (power light will be turning on and off indicating the heating intervals).
When the food is done, remove it with wooden or heat-resistant plastic utensils wearing protective gloves or similar.
NOTES: The use of metal utensils may damage non-stick cooking plates.
If further cooking is planned, wear protective gloves and wipe the unit clean with a dry cloth or paper towel.
When done cooking, turn the device off by rotating the temperature controller knob all the way counterclockwise and unplug the device from power supply.
Allow the device to cool down completely before cleaning it.
TIP: Since your grill uses non-stick cooking plates, the use of oil is not necessary. However, depending on the recipe, some food might be more difficult to remove and thus it is recommended to add few drops of cooking oil onto cooking plate.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

NOTES:
Always turn off, unplug the device from power supply and allow it to cool down before any cleaning or maintenance. Never immerse the device or any f its parts into or any liuid. In order to prevent food residue buildup, clean your table grill thoroughly and empty drip tray after each use. Do not use steel wool or scouring pads. Do not use abrasive cleansers.

Clean the cooking plate with a clean, soft brush or cloth. Remove stubborn stains with a plastic mesh puff, pad or a toothbrush.
The exterior should be cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaner or soft, damp cloth.
Clean the power cable with damp/soapy cloth.
Dry the device thoroughly beore storing or further use.
To condition the plates you can lightly coat the cooking surfaces with vegetable oil.
Store in dry place without direct sunlight.
