Delimano Air Fryer Dual Basket ­ User Manual
Please read this manual thoroughly before using and save it for future reference.
WARNINGS

  1. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs. Use oven mitts or potholders.

  2. To protect against electric shock do not immerse power cable, plugs, or device in water or other liquid.

  3. This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above as well as by persons with reduced physical,
    sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should not be done by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.

  4. Keep the device and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years old.

  5. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.

  6. This device should never operate empty/unloaded, because such action could result in appliance failure and/ or injuries to the user.

  7. Plug in power supply that corresponds to the rated one on device/charger only. In case of mis usage power supply or device failure may occur.

  8. This device is equipped with a grounded plug. Please ensure the wall outlet in your house is well earthed.

  9. Avoid the use of extension cords or multi-socket outlets as they may overheat and cause a risk of fire. Under no circumstances should other high-current appliances be plugged into the same power supply.

  10. This device is intended for household, household and dry use only.

  11. Before use, place the product on hard, flat, stable, dry and heat-resisting surface.

  12. Slight Odors are possible at beginning of usage until device reaches its thermal stability.

  13. If the device is not working as it should, has received a sharp blow, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors or dropped into water, do not use it.

  14. This device should never be switched on or stay plugged in power supply when not in use, while replacing accessories or during cleaning.

  15. Do not attempt any modification or repair by yourself and ensure that any repair is conducted only by appropriately qualified technician.

  16. If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced immediately by authorized or similar qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

  17. Clean and dry thoroughly before first use.

  18. Please refer to below paragraphs about details on cleaning, operating times and accessories.

  19. The use of attachments or accessories not recommended or sold by the product distributor may cause personal or property hazards or injuries.

  20. Do not let the power cable to hang over edge of table or counter or touch hot surfaces.

  21. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven. Extreme caution must be used when moving a containing hot oil or other hot liquids.

  22. The device generates heat and may release steam during use. Proper precautions must be taken to prevent the risk of burns, fries or other injury to persons or damage to property.

  23. This device is hot during operation and retains heat for some time after turning off. Always use oven mitts when handling hot materials and allow metal parts to cool before cleaning. Do not place anything on top of the device while is operating or while is hot.

  24. Do not obstruct the air outlet or air inlets on the back and sides of the device, with any objects. Keep clear of escaping steam from the air outlet during airdrying.

  25. Keep the device at least 30 cm away from walls or other objects during operation.

  26. This device should not be used to boil water. This device should never be used to deep fry foods.

  27. Although the product has been checked its usage and consequences are strictly user responsibility.

2) BEFORE USE

Place the device onto a stable, heat-resistant surface, at a height that is comfortable for use. The device should be placed so that the power cable has a sufficient length to be plugged into the power supply and the air inside the device should be kept in circulation and device should not be close to any flammable items.

  1. Remove all packing material and labels from the device. Pull out each frying basket by grabbing the handle while pressing the release button.

  2. Grab each frying tray hole and lift it from baskets (see: PICTURES, Pic. 3)

  3. Wash both frying baskets and frying trays in hot, soapy water.
    NOTE: Do not immerse the device body in water. Wipe the device body with a damp cloth. Dry all parts thoroughly.

  4. Reposition frying trays into each frying basket with ribs facing upwards.

  5. Reposition the frying baskets to correct (left or right) slot in the main device. Please note the marking “L” and “R” on top of each handle. Before use, make sure each frying basket
    is fully inserted and locked into place.
    NOTE: During the first use, the device may emit a slight odor. This is normal and will not affect flavour.

3) USAGE

Operating instructions

  1. If frying tray(s) are needed see “Before use” section for a detailed description.

  2. We recommend to fill the frying basket with ingredients to the marked maximum level.
    NOTE: If the frying basket is filled with ingredients more than the marked maximum level, may be dehydrated as the food will shrink to a fraction of its original volume. Place a single layer of ingredients into the empty frying basket. Create a second layer by placing the frying tray into the frying basket over the ingredients. Then add more food on top of the frying tray.

  3. Insert the assembled frying basket(s) into the device. Always make sure frying basket(s) are in their proper left or right position and they are fully closed.
    NOTE: The quantity, density and the weight of the food necessarily will change the total frying time. It´s recommended smaller batches which should be fried on less time setting and the quality of the food will be better. Always check the food halfway through the frying to determine final frying time and temperature.

  4. Plug the power cable into the power supply. A tone will sound, the control panel will illuminate. The power button will light up red.

  5. When the power button is pressed, a tone will sound and the Power button will turn green, the control panel will illuminate Left basket, Right basket and Dual cook”.

NOTE: Recommended food shaking at 2/3 of the elapsed time in all modes except “Dehydrate”.

Single basket operation

  1. Select left or right frying basket by pressing Left basket or Right basket buttons. Selection modes will appear on the touch panel.

  2. Press the desired mode button to select an operating mode.

  3. Temperature and time start to blink (alternate), press Temperature increase or Temperature decrease buttons to set temperature in 5 °C increments. Press Time increase or Time decrease buttons to set time in 1 minute increments*.
    NOTES: Press and hold the temperature and time increase/decrease buttons for faster setting.

  4. In the dehydrate setting, time is set in 1 hour increments.

  5. Press Start/pause button to start the mode for the chosen basket.
    NOTES: Press Start/pause button to pause the mode. Then press the Start/pause button again to continue the mode.

  6. To pause the operating mode immediately, push the frying basket release button and pull the active frying basket out of the device at any time (“Pot” starts to flash on display). When the frying basket is reinserted, the mode will resume.

  7. When the remaining time reaches 00:00, the display will show “Cool Cool” before switching to “End End” and beeping 5 times to indicate that frying baskets are ready to be pulled out.
    NOTES: To set the temperature or time during operation, select the frying basket by pressing “Left basket” or “Right basket” button before using the Temperature increase/decrease buttons and Time increase/decrease buttons.

  8. When the time or temperature is changed during the process, it´s not needed to press Start/pause button, the mode continues automatically after 2 blinks.

Two baskets separate operation First basket:

  1. For choosing the first frying basket, press Left basket or Right basket buttons. Selection modes will appear on the display

  2. Press the desired mode button to select an operating mode.

  3. When the temperature and time start to blink, press Temperature increase or Temperature decrease buttons to set temperature in 5 °C increments. Press Time increase or Time decrease buttons to set time in 1 minute increments.
    NOTES: Press and hold the temperature and time buttons for fast advance.
    In the dehydrate setting, time is set in 1 hour increments.

  4. Press Start/pause button to start the mode for the chosen first basket. Second basket:

  5. For the second frying basket, press the other basket button (Left basket or Right basket buttons). Modes selection will appear on the touch panel.

  6. Press the desired mode button for the second chosen frying basket.

  7. When the temperature and time indicates on the touch panel, press Temperature increase or Temperature decrease buttons to set temperature in 5 °C increments. Press Time increase or Time decrease buttons to set time in 1 minute increments.

  8. NOTE: Press and hold the temperature and time buttons for fast advance. In the dehydrate setting, time is set in 1 hour increments.

  9. Press Start/pause button to start the mode for the chosen second basket.
    NOTES: Press Start/pause button to pause both modes. Then press the Start/pause button again to continue both modes.

  10. To pause both operating modes immediately, push one of the frying basket release buttons and pull that frying basket out of the device at any time (“Pot” starts to flash on display). When the frying basket is reinserted, the modes will resume.

  11. When the remaining time reaches 00:00 for the both operating modes, the display will show “Cool Cool” before switching to “End End” and beep 5 times to indicate that frying baskets are ready to be pulled out.

  12. If one of the modes finish first the display will show Cool and timer for the other mode will continue counting (ex. Cool 03:00). After displaying Cool for the finished mode, it will show End on the display and beep 5 times and it will occasionally blink if the basket is not pulled out while the other mode is still running. When the second mode finish, it´s displayed End Cool, then it´s displayed End End and again beep 5 times to indicate that frying baskets are ready to be pulled out. NOTE: To set the airdrying temperature or time during operation, use the Temperature increase/ decrease buttons and Time increase/decrease buttons. When the time or temperature is changed during the process, it´s not needed to press Start/pause button, the mode continues automatically after 2 blinks.

SYNC FINISH

  1. Select left or right frying basket by pressing Left basket or Right basket buttons. Selection modes will appear on the touch panel.

  2. Press the desired mode button to select an operating mode.

  3. When the temperature and time indicates on the touch panel, press Temperature increase/decrease buttons to set temperature in 5 °C increments. Press Time increase/ decrease buttons to set time in 1 minute increments*. NOTES: Press and hold the temperature and time buttons for fast advance.

  4. *In the dehydrate setting, time is set in 1 hour increments.

  5. Repeat above steps for the other frying basket. IMPORTANT NOTE: Press Sync finish (blinking) button to ensure that both baskets will finish together at the same time. If modes have already been started (with a press on “start/ pause” button) Sync finish option is not possible anymore.

  6. Press Start/pause button to start the modes.
    NOTES: Press Start/pause button to pause both modes. Then press the Start/pause button again to continue both modes.

  7. To pause both operating modes immediately, push one of the frying basket release buttons and pull that frying basket out of the device at any time (“Pot” starts to flash on display). When the frying basket is reinserted, the modes will resume.

  8. Hold will appear on the display on the basket side (left or right) that operation is being held as the device synchronizes the finish cooking time.

  9. When the remaining time reaches 00:00, the display will show “Cool Cool” before switching to “End End” and beep 5 times to indicate that frying baskets are ready to be pulled out. NOTE: When the time or temperature is changed during the process by just pressing the Temperature increase/decrease buttons or Time increase/decrease buttons, it´s not needed to press Start/pause button again, the mode continues automatically.

DUAL COOK

  1. Press Dual cook button if you wish that all settings apply to both frying baskets. Selection modes will appear on the touch panel.
    NOTE: If Left basket or Right basket buttons are pressed, it will cancel the Dual cook mode and it will continue as Separate basket operation.

  2. For further settings please see single basket operation section from point 2. onwards.

SHAKE

  1. For all modes (except: Dehydrate) 4 tones will sound at 2/3 of the frying time, to remind you to shake the frying basket.

  2. At that time pull out frying basket(s) and shake the food.
    NOTES: Shake mode will not operate if the frying time si below 3 min.

  3. Press Shake button to turn off this feature.

4) CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Always turn off the device, unplug it from power supply and allow it to cool down before cleaning. The device requires little maintenance. It contains no user serviceable parts. Do not try to repair the device yourself. Contact the customer service department for any unusual issues you may experience.

  1. Remove frying baskets from the device.
  2. We recommend that frying baskets and frying trays are washed in hot soapy water. Do not use metal kitchen utensils or abrasive cleansers or cleaning products as this may damage the non-stick coating.
  3. Wipe the device body with a soft, non-abrasive damp cloth to clean.
  4. Dry thoroughly all parts before further use or storage.

5) TROUBLESHOOTING

If device is not working as supposed to, please contact your nearest dealer.
