Control Buttons Description:
Bluetooth Connection:
- Press the power button for 3sec to turn ON the Bluetooth headset. You will hear the voice prompt “Power On”.
- After getting turned ON Blue & Red light will flash alternatively. That means the device is in Bluetooth mode and ready to pair mode. You will also hear the voice prompt as “pairing”.
- Turn ON the Bluetooth of your phone or device & search for ” pTron BT” in avai lable Bluetooth devices name list & click to connect.
- After a successful connection, you hear the voice prompt as “pTron BT is Connected”.
Re-connection:
After turned ON, the neckband will reconnect to the las t paired device. If
there’s no prior connection history, or that it fails to reconnect to any
device, the neckband will enter standby mode and wait for connection.
Button Operation:

Power ON: Press & hold the power button for 3sec. Blue & Red LED will flash alternatively, which means the headset is turned on. You also hear the voice prompt as “Power ON”.

Power OFF: Press & hold the power button for 3 sec. Red LED light will go on, which means the headset is turned off. You will also hear the voice prompt as “Power OFF”.

Volume Up: Click the”+” button at regular intervals to increase the volume. When the volume reaches its maximum, you will hear a voice prompt “Volume Maximum”.

Volume Down: Click the “-” button at regular intervals to decrease the volume.

Music Play/Pause: Click the power button once to play/pause the music.

Next Song: Long press the “-” button for 2sec to go to the next track.

Previous Song: Long press the “+” button for 2sec to go to the previous track.

Call Rece ive & Hang up: Cl ick once the power button.

Call Reject: Press & hold or click twice the power button to reject the call.
Redial: Click the power button twice to redial the last dialed number. -
Google Assistance/Siri: Long press the power button for 2sec to activate v oice assistant.
Charging:
Plug the Micro USB cable to its port to charge pTron Bluetooth headset. You
can use any adaptor of DCSV/lA output to charge the headset. During charging
it will show Red light and wi ll turn to Blue light after getting fully
charged.
Trouble Shooting:
- Bluetooth Not Searching: If your phone doesn’t find the “pTron BT” in your Bluetooth device list then make sure that it must be near to the device at the 1-meter range. And check it must be flashing Blue & Red light alternatively. If it is flashing only Blue light for once in regular intervals that means the headset is already connected with some other device.
- Auto-disconnection: Make sure the he adset should full charge to 100% & reconnect your device after restarting your phone & Bluetooth headset.
- Device Connected but No Music/Call Output: Check the settings of your Bluetooth connection and make sure that call & music function must be activated.
