appreciate its quality and meet your needs for a long period of time.

ATTENTION: Please read this manual carefully before using the product.
Failure to comply with the operating instructions and safety warnings may
result in damage to the user and/or the product itself. The manufacturer is
not responsible for accidents and damage to the user, third parties and
objects resulting from ignoring the contents of this manual.
This product is not intended for professional use.
Keep this instruction manual for future reference. If you sell this product,
remember to give this manual to the new owner.

The following information on hazards and precautions includes the most likely
situations that may arise during use of this machine. Consult all product
documentation, packaging and labels before use.
If you encounter a situation not described in this manual, use common sense to
use the machine as safely as possible and if you see danger, do not use the
machine.
USERS
- This product has been designed to be handled by users of legal age who have read and understood these instructions. Do not allow underage persons or persons who do not understand these instructions to use the product.
- Before using this product, familiarize yourself with it. Make sure you know where all the controls are, the safety devices and how they should be used.
- If you are an inexperienced user we recommend that you practice doing simple work and, if possible, in the company of an experienced person.
PERSONAL SAFETY
- Do not force this machine. Use this machine, accessories, attachments, tools, etc. in accordance with these instructions, taking into account the conditions and work to be performed. Use of this machine for purposes other than those intended may result in a dangerous situation.
- Always wear hearing protection and safety glasses when operating the machine.
- Be alert, watch what you are doing when using this machine.
- Avoid unintentional starting of the machine. Make sure the switches are in the off position before connecting the machine to a power source.
- Always maintain adequate foot support and only use the machine when it is on a stationary, stable and level surface. Slippery or unstable surfaces may cause loss of balance or control of the machine.
- Do not operate this machine when you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication.
- Check the power cord and extension cord for signs of damage or aging. If the cord becomes damaged during use, disconnect it from the power supply immediately.
- Do not put your hands or feet inside the machine. Keep all parts of the body away from the blade when the machine is in operation. Before starting the machine, make sure that the blade is not in contact with any object.
- This power tool generates an electromagnetic field during operation. Under certain circumstances, this field can affect active or passive medical implants. It is recommended that persons with medical implants consult their doctor and the manufacturer of the medical implant before using the machine.
- Do not wear loose clothing or jewellery. Hearing, clothing and gloves must be out of reach of moving parts, as they may become caught in rotating parts. Do not operate the machine in bare feet or wearing open sandals.
- Keep away from the ejection opening at all times. When inserting material into the machine, be careful not to insert metal parts, stones, bottles, cans, or other foreign objects.
- Before starting the machine, make sure the feeder is empty.
- Wear personal protective equipment.
- Do not attempt to remove cut material from the cutting tool while it is in motion. Make sure the machine is switched off when you are cleaning scrap material.
- Never remove the collection bag when the machine is running.
- Never touch under the housing when the motor is running.
- Do not grasp the machine by the cutting tool. The cutting tool has sharp edges that can injure you.
- Do not use the machine in the rain or in extremely wet conditions.
- Do not leave this machine running unattended.
WORKWEAR
- Dress appropriately. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry that may get caught in moving parts. We recommend the use of:
– Eye protection (goggles/safety glasses/methacrylate shields).
– Hearing protection (earphones/ear plugs).
– Hand protection (gloves/gloves).
– Leg protection (trousers/leggings).
– Foot protection (safety boots).
WORK AREA SAFETY
- Do not use the machine in extreme temperatures.
- Keep the machine away from excessive humidity.
- Do not use this machine in an explosive atmosphere where flammable liquids, gases, and dust are present.
- Keep the work area clean and well lit. Cluttered and dark areas may cause an accident.
- Keep children, people, and animals away while using this machine.
- When work is being performed by two or more persons at the same time, always check the position of others and maintain a sufficient distance to ensure safety.
- Remember that the operator of the machine is responsible for hazards and accidents caused to other people or property. The manufacturer is in no way responsible for any damage caused by improper or incorrect use of this machine.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY
- This equipment can be a potential source of electrical shock if used improperly.
- Ensure that all power supplies meet the voltage requirements of the equipment before connecting or disconnecting the equipment.
- Use only extension cords that are approved for outdoor use and are splash-proof. The cross-section of the extension cable must be at least 1.5 mm² for cables up to 25 m and at least 2.5 mm² for cables longer than 25 m.
- Keep the machine away from water and excessive humidity.
- Do not use electric cables to lift, move or transport equipment. Protect cables from heat and sharp objects.
- Make sure that the power cables do not present a tripping hazard.
- When using the power tool outdoors, use an extension cord suitable for outdoor use.
MAINTENANCE, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE SAFETY
- Do not modify the product controls.
- Switch off the machine immediately and wait for all moving parts to stop if a foreign object is struck or if the machine starts to make unusual noises or vibrate.
- Regularly check for broken parts or other conditions that may affect the proper operation of the machine.
- Do not allow machined media to accumulate in the ejection area, as this may prevent proper ejection and cause the media to bounce back from the feed opening.
- Replace worn or damaged parts immediately with original spare parts only.
- Perform periodic maintenance on the machine. Do not attempt any maintenance or repair work that is not described in these operating instructions. We recommend that maintenance and repair work not described in this manual be carried out by an authorised service agent.
- Always clean dust and dirt from the machine after finishing work.
- Do not clean the machine with solvents, flammable liquids or aggressive abrasives.
- Keep the handles on this machine dry and clean.
- Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Well-maintained cutting tools reduce the likelihood of accidents because they are easier to control.
- If the machine starts to vibrate in a strange way, turn it off and examine it to find the cause. If you cannot find the reason, take the machine to an authorised dealer.
- To avoid burns or fire hazards, allow the machine to cool completely before transporting or storing it.
- When transporting the product, make sure that the engine is stopped and that the machine is properly secured to prevent it from tipping over or being damaged.
- The equipment is not weatherproof and should not be stored in direct sunlight, high ambient temperatures, or in damp or wet locations.
- Keep the product out of the reach of children.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CONDITIONS OF USE
The bio shredder is only intended for shredding fibrous or woody garden waste,
such as hedge and tree clippings, branches, bark or spruce cones. It is
forbidden to shred any other material such as metal, stones, plastics, soil,
stones or other waste in the machine. Any use other than that described above
may lead to dangerous situations and exempts the manufacturer from any
liability.

ASSEMBLY
MAINTENANCE
Good maintenance will extend the life of the machine. Prolonged or constant
use may require more intensive maintenance for the machine to continue to
function properly.
ATTENTION: Make sure the machine is completely turned off before
performing any maintenance or repairs. This will eliminate any potential risk.
The machine is set at the factory. Do not make unnecessary adjustments, adjust
only when necessary due to normal wear.
- After each job, clean the machine thoroughly to remove all dust and debris and repair or replace defective parts. Always keep the appliance clean, particularly the ventilation grilles. Never spray water on the body of the appliance.
- Never clean the machine and its components with solvents, flammable or toxic liquids. Use only a damp cloth.
- Keep all nuts, bolts and screws tight to ensure that the equipment is in safe working condition.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
- Disconnect the machine from the power supply and allow the equipment to cool down completely before transporting or storing it.
- Always store the product in a clean, safe, dry place with temperatures between 0º and 45ºC.
- The equipment is not weatherproof and should not be stored in direct sunlight, at high temperatures or in damp places.
- Always store the machine with the cutting element guard fitted.
- Store the machine out of the reach of children.
RECICLYING AND DISPOSING
Worn products are potentially recyclable and should not be disposed of in the
usual waste. Help us to protect the environment and preserve natural
resources. Dispose of the device in an environmentally friendly manner. Do not
dispose of it with household waste. Its plastic and metal components can be
separated and recycled. Take this appliance to an approved recycling centre
(green point).
Gasoline, used oils, oil/gasoline blends and objects stained with gasoline
(e.g., rags) should not be disposed of in regular trash, sewage, dirt, rivers,
lakes or the sea. Oil-stained items should be disposed of in accordance with
local regulations: take them to a recycling center.
The materials used in the packaging of the machine are recyclable: please
dispose of them in the appropriate container.
GUARANTEE
GREENCUT guarantees all GREENCUT products for a period of 24 months (valid for
Europe). The warranty is subject to the date of purchase taking into account
the intended use of the product.
As a condition subject to warranty, the original receipt must be presented
indicating the date of purchase and its description as well as the defective
tool.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, especially on blades, blade
fasteners, turbines, light sources, fan and transmission belts, impellers, air
filters, spark plugs and damage caused by improper use, especially
noncompliance with operating and maintenance instructions.
In the event that repairs or modifications have been made by the consumer or
other than with original GREENCUT spare parts, the warranty will be voided.
In the event of a justified warranty claim, we are entitled, at our
discretion, to repair or replace the defective tool free of charge. Other
claims beyond this warranty are not valid.

We, PRAT INTERNATIONAL BRANDS S.L., owner of the GREENCUT brand, with headquarters in Calle Blanquers (plot 7-8) Polígono Industrial Valls. 43800 – Valls, SPAIN, declare that the GE250C the bio shredder, from the serial number of the year 2021 onwards, are in conformity with the requirements of the applicable European Parliament and Council
