PROBLEM-SOLVING
Step 1: Charge 100% until RED light stops flashing. Also recommended to fully charge the first 3 times after use.
Step 2: Earbuds Pairing: As soon as earbuds are taking out of the charging case, they will start pairing automatically. If pairing is not successful for both earbuds, place the earbuds back into the charging case again and close the charging box to reactivate both earbuds and try again.
Step 3: If the earbuds cannot work properly, then you have to re-
set/reboot them. Please use your finger to press the “touch points” of the two
earbuds for 4-5 seconds to turn off the earbuds, delete the pairing name in
Bluetooth list and turn off the Bluetooth, and press 2-3 seconds again to turn
on the two earbuds. And then start from the beginning with earbuds pairing and
then connec-ting Bluetooth. (But if the two earbuds is OFF from beginning, you
have to turn on the two earbuds at first and and repeat the above
process).
