Installation
Take the fan out of the package and check the device as well as the scope of deliv-ery mentioned in the table above. Please contact the vendor if any part is missing or has been damaged. Now place the rear protective cage (5) on the fan unit. Make sure that the handle is facing up. Tighten the rear protective cage firmly using the mounting screw (4). Then insert the rotor blade (3) onto the rotor axis (6) and fasten it using the ap-propriate mounting screw (2). In doing so, ensure that the screw sits on the notch of the shaft of the motor axis in order to guarantee a firm grip! Mount the front protective cage (1) onto the rear protective cage. A hole is pro-vided for a locking screw at the bottom of the two protective cages. Insert the locking screw (21) through the hole of the front and rear guards and fas-ten it using the locking nut. Then connect the four mounting brackets to the side. Take the pedestal weight (13), place the pedestal cover (12) on it and connect the outer pipe (20) to the pedestal. Fix the outer pipe (20) to the pedestal (12) from below using the fastening screw (14,15).To connect the inner tube (10) to the motor unit, you must first screw the fixing screw (19) to the inner tube (10). The inner tube is located in the outer tube when delivered and can be pulled out with your fingers. You can then fasten the remain-ing screws (16, 17, 18). Note: If the screws are not in the packaging bag, they are usually pre-assembled at the point where they are to be inserted.
Usage
Keep the fan in an appropriate location and connect the device to a properly installed 220-240V AC socket. By loosening the tilt setting (16) and then tipping the protective cage, you can change the angle of inclination according to your needs. Then tighten the tilt setting at the desired position. Push the pin at the top to enable the oscillation. If you do not want to use the oscillation function, pull the pin out slightly. You can select between three different speed levels using the rotary switch on the motor unit.
