The LifeGoods Massage Gun has 5 different massage heads, so you can apply the gun to every muscle group. In addition, the Massage Gun can be set to 30 different speed settings. When fully charged (2,5 hours), the gun can be used up to 4-5 hours!

Warnings and safety instructions

Please ensure that the packaging is kept out of the reach of children! Risk of suffocation!
Make sure to keep this user manual. Read the manual carefully before using your LifeGoods Massage Gun!

General

Be aware of the risks and consequences resulting from misuse of the Massage Gun. Misuse of the Massage Gun can result in personal injury, or destruction of the device.
Use the Massage Gun only for purposes described in this user manual. If the Massage Gun malfunctions, is dropped or (appears to be) damaged in any manner, do NOT use the Massage Gun and contact Customer Service.
The Massage Gun is designed and intended for private, non-commercial use only.
Do NOT leave the Massage Gun unattended when in use.
Check the Massage Gun and Battery thoroughly before every use.
The Massage Gun is only suited for indoor use.

Persons and Use

This device should NOT be used by children under the age of 18 or persons with physical, sensory or mental disabilities, or persons (including children) with lack of experience with and knowledge of the device, unless they are supervised or have been given instruction concerning the use by a person responsible for their safety.
Keep the Massage Gun away from children under the age of 18 when using and storing. Make sure children do NOT play with the Massage Gun.
Never use the device on the same spot for more than 180 seconds and not more than 30 minutes at a time. Stop using the device when you experience discomfort or abrasions.
Keep your fingers and hair from the telescopic pliers and the air valves on the back of the device to prevent personal injury.
Keep the air valves on the back of the massage gun blockage free. Do not insert objects into the air valves.
Use the high speed and pressure only on the soft tissue part of the body to avoid personal injury.
Do NOT use the device when you are tired, have taken medicine, or have drank alcohol.

Medical remarks

This device is NOT a substitute for treatments administered by doctors or physiotherapists.
Before using the Massage Gun, consult your doctor regarding any unexplained pain, if you are undergoing medical treatment or using medical equipment.
Do NOT use the Massage Pillow:
If you are pregnant;
If you have a pacemaker or other electronic implants, artificial joints, have high blood pressure, heart complications, cerebral atherosclerosis, cerebral thrombosis, bone fractures, malign tumors, circulation problems, varicose veins, a cold with high temperatures, jaundice, diabetes, nerve disorders (e.g. sciatica) or acute inflammation, unexplained abdominal pain or pain in the calves or other health issues;
On the abdomen, bones (e.g, joints,spine) the head, the throat area, the genital area, around the kidneys, or other sensitive or weak areas;
On burned or sensitive skin, swollen or inflamed areas, areas with poor circulation, broken or injured skin, bruises, or areas with skin rashes;
On unconscious or sleeping people;
On the same body part for a long time, this can cause complaints and burns; In bed.
If you feel any pain or discomfort from use of the Massage Pillow, or find the massage unpleasant, stop the treatment and consult your doctor.
Do NOT fall asleep when using the Massage Pillow. Using the device on the same spot for an extended period of time can cause personal injury

Electronics

Do NOT reconstruct, repair or disassemble the Massage Gun. This can damage the device. For safety reasons, these parts may only be replaced by authorized service personnel. In order to prevent hazards, always send the
Massage Gun to the service centre for repairs.
Only use the adapter provided by LifeGoods.
Do NOT use the Massage Gun in or near a bath, shower, swimming pool, or over a basin filled with water. Make sure that no fluids, heat sources, dust and dirt collects in the air valves.
Do not use the Massage Gun near flammable gasses or fluids. The massager can generate a spark which can ignite fires or lead to explosions.
Make sure to prevent any contact with water. Do NOT submerge the Massage Gun in water. If water does get inside the casing, turn the Massage Gun off immediately and contact our customer service.
Do not use the massage gun on wet skin. Do NOT operate the device with damp or wet hands and do NOT touch the power cord with damp or wet hands.
Keep the Massage Gun away from moisture, heat and in or close to areas where the surrounding temperature is relatively hot (e.g. stoves or other sources of heat).
Do NOT cover the Massage Gun when it is switched on. Never put blankets or cushions on top of or against the Massage Gun. This poses a risk of fire, electric shock or injury.

Other

Choose the correct massage head according to the different massage needs for different parts of your body.
Do NOT expose the device to direct sunlight.
Do NOT use the massage gun in combination with massage oils, lotions, creams etc.

Receiving Your Shipment

When receiving your shipment, make sure that the contents are consistent with the packing list. Notify your distributor of any missing items. If the equipment appears to be damaged, file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify your distributor at once, giving a detailed description of any damage.
Save the damaged packing container to substantiate your claim.

Operating Instructions

Do NOT use the Massage Gun on wet skin.
Do NOT use massage oils, lotions, creams etc.
Do NOT use the Massage Gun on the abdomen, bones (e.g, joints,spine) the head, the throat area, the genital area, around the kidneys, or other sensitive or weak areas;

How to Use

Turn on the power switch at the bottom of the machine
Press the start button and the machine starts to run.
Press + and – buttons to adjust machine speed
When the battery power is less than 20%, the light line at the bottom of the machine shows red; when the battery power is less than 10%, the power display window shows E1, indicating that it needs to be charged in time.
When the battery is full, the light line at the bottom of the machine changes from red to green.

Massage Heads

Gently move the Massage Gun along the muscles. Massage tensed muscles to your preference. Avoid placing the Massage Gun on the spine.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Cause
The temperature of the battery is too high.	Remove the battery handle and let

it cool for 20 minutes.
The device turns off after using it for 20 minutes.| The overheating protection device has turned on. Restart the device.
The device turns off during use.| The massage heads are pressed down on the skin too forcefully, causing the device to turn off. Press the “+”button and the device will turn on.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Wipe the surface of the device with a damp cloth and dry the device with a clean and dry cloth.

Storage

Store the Massage Gun in a clean and dry place. Do not store the device in extreme high or extreme low temperatures.

Disposal – Recycle

Contribute to a cleaner living environment! Do not dispose of the Massage Gun with the household waste. For proper recycling, please contact your local authority or your household waste disposal service for further details on your nearest designated collection point.

LifeGoods provides a 2 year warranty on its products. To obtain service during the warranty period, the product needs to be returned with a proof of purchase. Product defects have to be reported within 2 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover: damages caused by misuse or incorrect repair; parts subject to wear; defects that the customer was aware of at the time of purchase; damages or defects caused by customer neglect; damages or defects caused by third parties.
