WARNING

  • For indoor use only.
  • unplug the power cord before cleaning and/or repairs.
  • Never insert metal objects through the protective grille on the appliance.
  • Do not use the appliance in the vicinity of flammable liquids or gases.
  • Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the rated voltage on the type plate.
  • Keep out of the reach of children.
  • A damaged power cord must be replaced by an authorised service centre, or another qualified person, to ensure safe use.
  • The appliance must not be used in garages, stables, or barns etc.
  • Empty and clean the collection tray regularly.
  • the appliance is not intended to be used by persons (children or adults) with any form of functional disorders, or by persons who do not have sufficient experience or knowledge on how to use it, unless they have received instructions concerning the use of the appliance from someone who is responsible for their safety.
  • Keep children under supervision to make sure they do not play with the appliance.

OPERATION

The insect killer uses ultraviolet light with a wavelength that has been proven to be most effective in attracting insects such as flies, moths, mosquitoes and other flying insects. It does not use chemicals, sprays or odours, does not contaminate, and is not harmful to humans or pets. It is ideal for use in the home, factories, food processing rooms, cold-storage rooms, and hospitals etc.
Use

  1. Plug the power cord into a wall socket. Check that the rated voltage for the insect killer corresponds to the mains supply voltage.
  2. Set the switch in the ON position to start the insect killer.
  3. Empty the collection tray from dead insects at regular intervals. To empty the collection tray, lift it up a little and pull out to the side.
