SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read the Operating Instructions carefully before use!

  • Never point the jet of air towards people or animals. Danger of death.
  • Always wear respiratory protection.
  • Only work in well ventilated areas.
  • Check that all hoses and joints are sealed.

  • Spray gun
    • Air consumption: 350 I/min
    • Working pressure: 3-4 bar
    • Maximum pressure: 4 bar
  • Air filler with pressure gauge
    • Air consumption: 50 I/min
    • Working pressure: 3-8 bar
    • Maximum pressure: 8 bar
  • Washing gun
    • Air consumption: 100-200 I/min
    • Working pressure: 3-8 bar
    • Maximum pressure: 8 bar

OPERATION

  • Spray gun
    Set the required dispersion and paint volume using the adjustment screws. When spraying paint, the pressure must never exceed 4.5 bar. Use the relief valve. Check that the nozzle in the spray head is always completely open. Clean with a cleaning needle and solvent, and spray with solvent until the spray gun is clean.
    WARNING
    Ensure good ventilation. Do not inhale the fumes from the solvent. Never spray next to open flames or heat sources.

  • Washing gun
    Fill the container with detergent. Adjust the detergent/air mixture with the nozzle and lock with the locking ring. Only use biodegradable detergent. Never use flammable detergents.

  • Air filler
    Place the nozzle over the valve of the tyre. Check that it is completely sealed. Read off the pressure on the pressure gauge. Fill with air by pressing the trigger. Use the pressure gauge with care. Never expose it to knocks or bumps.
