USE

BEFORE FIRST USE
Before using your Blender for the first time, wash the blending jar, lid and measuring cup in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
WARNING: Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.

  1. Remove the jar lid. Turn the lid counterclockwise to unlock, then remove it from the jar.
  2. Pull the transparent measuring cup out of the lid.
  3. To remove the blending jar, simply lift it off the base.

Note: The blade is mounted in the blending jar and cannot be removed.

ATTACHING THE JAR AND LID
IMPORTANT: Place the Blender on a clean, dry, level surface, such as a countertop or table, with the control knob facing forward. Do not plug in the Blender until it is completely assembled.

  1. Attach the blending jar to the base. By aligning the protrusion beneath the jar handle with the recess on the right side of the base top, insert the lower part of the jar into the base, then slightly turn the jar clockwise until it stops. The jar should be flush with the base, and the jar handle should be situated on the right side.
  2. Attach the lid to the jar. Align the lid with the jar and turn the lid clockwise until you hear a click to fix it on the jar.
  3. Insert the measuring cup into the hole of the lid.

Note: Your Blender will not operate unless the jar lid is fully closed and the jar is properly seated on the base. If there is no food placed inside the blending jar, the Blender will not operate.

OPERATING THE BLENDER
Before operating the Blender, make sure the jar, lid, and measuring cup are properly attached on the base (see “Attaching the jar and lid”).

WARNING| Rotating Blade Hazard

Use the measuring cup as a food pusher. Keep fingers out of openings. Keep away from children. Failure to do so can result in amputation or cuts.

---|---

  1. Place the Blender on a clean, dry, level surface. Make sure the jar is properly attached to the base.

  2. Place the food to be blended into the jar.

    • Usually, a certain amount of purified water needs to be added for the appliance to run smoothly. The amount of mixture should not exceed the MAX level indicated on the jar.

  5. To turn on, turn the control knob to the desired speed position (1-5, lowest to highest).
    The Blender will run continuously.

  6. For quick or delicate blending tasks, turn the control knob to the “P” position and keep holding the knob in that position for a few seconds, then release. The Pulse function runs at the highest speed. The Blender will stop when you release the knob.

    • When crushing ice or hard food, keep one hand firmly on the lid.
    • If you want to add ingredients while the blender is working, turn the knob to “0”, remove the measuring cup and add food through the lid opening. Re-attach the measuring cup before operating.
