Only use the accessories:
- with a kitchen machine from the same series MUMS6, MUM9.
- with genuine parts and accessories.
- For dicing food.
- Only touch the cutter disc and the cutting grid by the plastic.
- Never touch the edges of the blades with bare hands.
- Always place the blade guard on the cutter disc when not in use.
- Do not reach into the filling shaft.
- Only use the pusher to push down ingredients.
- Never assemble the accessories on the main unit.
- Only attach and remove accessories once the drive has stopped and the appliance has been unplugged.
- Only use the accessories once fully assembled.

- Do not process food that contains hard components, e.g. bones, gristle or stones.
- Do not insert objects into the filling shaft or housing, e.g. wooden spoons.

Operation
General information
The cube cutter insert is suitable for cutting the following foods into cubes:

Raw or cooked vegetables, e.g. potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, onions

Fruit, e.g. bananas, apples, pears, peaches, strawberries, melons, kiwis
-
Hard cheese, hard-boiled eggs or soft meat sausage, e.g. mortadella
Processing instructions: -
Do not process fruit or vegetables that are too ripe or the juice may escape

Leave cooked food to cool down before dicing it as it will then be firmer and the dicing result will be better
-
Before processing, remove the seeds and stones from fruit, e.g. apples or peaches.

The length of the pieces changes as more or less pressure is applied to the pusher
-
The cube cutter insert is not suitable for cutting very soft cheese or sliced cheese, e.g. mozzarella, sheep’s cheese, Gouda, Edam

When processing hard cheese, e.g. Emmental, do not process more than 3 kg in one go

Do not process any frozen food
Notes
- Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the cube cutter insert, the cutting grid and cutter disc. ¡ If the cube cutter is not used as intended, is modified or is used improperly, liability for any damage is excluded. Also excluded here is liability for damage that results from processing unapproved foods, e.g. blunt or deformed blades.

Tip: When processing food such as carrots, plastic parts may become discoloured. Remove discolouration with a soft cloth and a few drops of cooking oil.

Troubleshooting
Processed food does not fall into the bowl.
Outlet opening or housing is blocked.
- Finish processing and unplug from the mains.
- Remove the accessory.
- Take the accessory apart and remove the blockage.
The cutting disc does not rotate although the main unit is running. Lid is not fitted and engaged properly.
- Check whether the lid is fitted properly. Accessory has been overloaded and the disc holder shaft has broken at the predetermined breaking point.
- You can order a new disc holder from customer service under order number 10000314.
