Product Usage Instructions

• Preparation:
  • Before installation, ensure that you have all the necessary parts and tools required for the setup.
• Building the Fixture:
  • Assemble the complete fixture before installation to ensure all parts are included. Snap the lens into the extrusion and align it to the desired location. Make necessary reference marks on the surface for installation.
• Cutting (if necessary):
  • If needed, the extrusion, lens, and mounting channel can be cut in the field. Snap all parts together and use the appropriate blade to cut them to the desired length.
• Installing LineLED:
  • Clean the extrusion from any debris before gently pushing LineLED onto it. Make sure LineLED does not touch the metal endcap. Install endcaps at each end of the extrusion.
• Diffuser Lens Installation:
  • Remove the protective film from the diffuser lens and snap it into the aluminium extrusion.
• Mounting:
  • Screw the mounting brackets into the marked locations on the surface. Clip the extrusion onto the mounting brackets.
• Final Steps:
  • Snap the fixture into the installed mounting brackets securely. Ensure proper wattage and voltage power supply are used to connect LineLED wires.

• Q: Can the extrusion be removed from the mounting brackets?
  • A: Yes, to remove the extrusion, carefully insert a flat screwdriver at the bottom edge and pull up until it pops out.
• Q: What should be done if LineLED needs to be shortened?
  • A: LineLED can be shortened by cutting along the dashed lines. Make sure to cut on the side without wire leads and avoid touching the metal endcap.

Please read all instructions before installation and keep them for future reference!

1. PRODUCT TO BE INSTALLED BY A QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN.

4. SUITABLE FOR DAMP LOCATIONS.
5. SURFACE MOUNT ONLY
6. SUITABLE FOR INSTALLATION WITHIN THE CLOSET STORAGE SPACE.

INSTALLATION STEPS

1. Snap the lens into the extrusion, then align & centre the extrusion to the determined location. Make all necessary markings to install to the surface. Before the installation of extrusion, 24VDC power must be present.
   • Note: Complete fixture must be built before installation. To make all necessary reference marks & to also ensure all parts are included. Then it can be taken apart for installation.
   • Caution: Safety equipment is recommended when modifications are being made to the extrusion & lens.
2. If necessary extrusion, lens, & mounting channel (if applicable) can be cut in the field. Snap all parts together then use the proper blade for aluminium cut to the desired length.
   • Note: Extrusion is not waterproof. If it is going to be installed facing up and in a wet location, drainage holes should be drilled along the inner corner of the extrusion every 12”. Drill 1/16” to 1/8” diameters holes before installing the LED strip
3. LineLED can be shortened by cutting along the dashed lines in between the solder pads. Make sure the cut is made on the side of the LineLED without the wire leads. LineLED cannot touch the metal endcap which will shorten the circuit.
4. Before installing LineLED to extrusion, clean the extrusion from any debris. Gently push LineLED onto the aluminium extrusion. Then install endcaps at each end of the extrusion.
5. Remove the protective film from the diffuser lens. Snap the diffuser lens into the aluminium extrusion.
6. Screw mounting brackets into previously made markings from step 1, then clip the extrusion onto the mounting brackets.
7. Snap the fixture into the installed mounting brackets.
   • Note: To remove the extrusion from the mounting brackets, carefully insert a flat screwdriver to the bottom edge of the extrusion then pull up until the extrusion pops up.
8. Ensure the correct (wattage & voltage) power supply is used to power LineLED. Then proceed to connect LineLED wires from the extrusion to the power supply. For more information please refer to the power supply and LineLED wiring instructions.
