• The product is blender intended for household use only. It is provided with a motor, two ON-OFF/Interlock switches which enclosed in thermoplastic & metal enclosures, and a permanently attached flexible cord terminated in a grounding type attachment plug or a recognized 2 2-wire polarized type plug, details require refer in each of Power Supply Cord item. Provided with several Large Cups and Small Cups. All containers will be assembled with cross or flat blade as functional attachments.

MARKING

• Marking – See Sec. Gen., and optionally provides marking “LOT#: 780-5503” or “LOT#: *-**(*=0-99 or A-Z or blank)” per client’s preference.
• In addition, the following markings shall be provided in letters minimum 2.4 mm high, or if the letters have a contrasting color to the background, the letters shall be minimum 1.6 mm high. (The precautionary word “CAUTION” shall be in letters minimum 2.4 mm high.)
• “CAUTION – Read instructions before using.” shall be located on the bottom of appliance base.
• “Household Use Only”, “Household Type” or the equivalent shall be in letters not less than 2.4 mm high.
• Marking Methods – All required markings shall be etched, molded, die stamped, paint stenciled, or provided on an R/C PGDQ2, CN, suitable for application to the mounting surface involved, and rated minimum 80°C.

General – Fig. 1 shows an overall view; Fig. 2 shows the bottom view; Fig. 3 the inside view with Bottom Enclosure removed; Fig. 4 shows the disassembly view of Food Processor, Model XJ-11401.

1. Top Enclosure – R/C, QMFZ2, LG CHEMICAL LTD (E67171), type HI121, rated HB, 60°C. Spaced minimum 0.8 mm from uninsulated live parts. Measures overall 98 mm OD by 63.7 mm high by 2 mm thick. Provided with one centered 24.7 mm ID opening for

   • Motor Shaft. Secured to Inner Bracket by screws.
   • Alternate– R/C, QMFZ2, FORMOSA CHEMICALS & FIBRE CORP PLASTICS
   • DIV(E162823), type AC230(+), rated HB, 60°C. Others same as above.

2. Interlock Switch Actuators – Three provided. Each R/C, QMFZ2, LG CHEMICAL LTD (E67171), type GC-2（d）, rated HB, 100°C. Overall measures 17 by 8.5 by 68.8 mm long by 2 mm thick. Each is sandwiched between Top Enclosure and Inner Bracket with one spring.

   • Alternate – Same as above except for R/C QMFZ2, ASCEND PERFORMANCE MATERIALS, LLC (E70062), Type 21SPC, rated V-2, 75°C.

4. Inner Bracket – R/C, QMFZ2, E I DUPONT DE NEMOURS & CO INC (E41938), type 70G50HSL, rated HB, 120°C, suitable for direct support of live parts. Not serves as enclosure. Measured 2 mm thick, overall 87.7 mm OD by 46.5 mm high. Provided with two 20 by by 8.5 mm compartments and two integral hook for Interlock Switches. Provided with three 5.5 mm OD by 15 mm long integral posts for Interlock Switch Actuators. Provided with one centered 15 mm ID opening for Motor. Secured together with Top enclosure and

   • Bottom Enclosure by screws.

5. Main Enclosure – Stainless Steel. May painted with variable colours. Spaced minimum 1.6 mm from uninsulated live parts. Measures 0.4 mm thick, overall 97.6 mm OD at top by 113 mm OD at bottom by 123.5 mm high. Connected to the grounding lead of Power

   • Supply Cord by one screw and one lock washer. Sandwiched between Top Enclosure and Bottom Enclosure.

6. Bottom Enclosure – R/C, QMFZ2, HANWHA TOTAL PETROCHEMICAL Co Ltd(E140331), type HJ730+, rated HB, 115°C. Spaced minimum 0.8 mm from uninsulated live parts. Measures 2 mm thick, overall 113 mm OD by 69.5 mm high. Provided with one 11.2 mm by 9.4 mm opening for power supply cord entry. Provided with two 5.6 mm OD by 12.5 mm high screw posts which are connected by 1.0 mm thick by 9.8 mm high by 9.3 mm wide rib, serves as strain relief with Clamp. Provided with several openings for ventilation, refer to ILL. 3 for details. Secured to Inner Bracket by screws.

7. TPR Feet – Removable. Three provided. Measures 9 mm by 8 mm by 24 mm. Physically fitted to Bottom Cover.

8. Power Supply Cord – Listed, CN, Type SPT-2, 3-conductor, No. 18 AWG, rated minimum 300 V, 105°C. One end is terminated in a molded-on grounding type attachment plug cap. The other end is connected to Interlock Switches. Cord length is minimum 0.61 m to maximum 2.1 m, measures from plug face to cord entry. Provided with one integral bushing, R/C, QMFZ2, SILVER AGE ENGINEERINGPLASTICS CO LTD (E225348), type 730, rated V-0, 50°C, refer to ILL.4 for detailed dimensions.

9. Clamp – R/C, QMFZ2 HANWHA TOTAL PETROCHEMICAL Co Ltd (E140331), type HJ730+, rated HB, 115°C. Measures 3 mm thick by 20 mm long by 6 mm. Provided with two 10.5 by 0.5 by 0.5 mm high integral ribs. Secured to Bottom Enclosure by two screws.

10. Interlock Switches – Two provided. Each R/C, WOYR2/8, TONELUCK INTERNATIONAL IND LTD (E136100), Type MQS-18, rated 5 A, 125/250 V, 50/60 Hz, 125°C, 6,000 cycle endurance. Physically fitted into Inner Bracket and secured by one integral hook.

12. Motor Fan – R/C, QMFZ2, rated min. HB. Measures 50 mm OD by 7.6 mm high by 1 mm thick. Provided with 10 laminas, each measures 11.5 by 11.2 by 1.2 mm thick. Tightly fitted to the shaft end of Motor.

General – Fig. 5 the disassembly view of motor, type XJ11401, employed in Blender, Model XJ-11401.

1. Stator – Laminated sheet, plated steel. Overall measures 52 by 45 mm, stacked 30 mm high. Provided with a 29 mm diameter opening for Rotor. Insulated from Stator Winding by minimum 0.18 mm thick slot liners of PET, R/C QMFZ2, SICHUAN DONGFANG INSULATING MATERIAL CO LTD (E199019), type DFPET 6023, extending minimum 1.6 mm beyond Stator Lamination. Sandwiched between Motor Brackets by two screws.

2. Stator Windings – Two provided. Each enameled copper wire, 0.45 mm diameter by 135 turns. Wounded over two integral flanges of Stator.

3. Rotor – Laminated sheet, plated steel, overall measures 28.7 mm diameter, stacked 27.5 mm high. Consists of 10 sections. Insulated from Rotor Winding by minimum 0.18 mm thick slot liners of PET, R/C QMFZ2, SICHUAN DONGFANG INSULATING MATERIAL CO LTD (E199019), type DFPET 6023, or SICHUAN DONGFANG INSULATING MATERIAL CO LTD (E343013), type B-DM-A(+),Nonwoven Polyester fiber/PET film, extending minimum 1.6 mm beyond Rotor Lamination, and minimum 0.5 mm thick slot wedge of vulcanized fiber, extending minimum 1.6 mm beyond Rotor Lamination.

4. Rotor Windings – Enameled copper wire, 0.25 mm diameter by 66 turns.

5. Commutator – Overall measures 15 mm OD by 10 mm high. Consisted of 10 copper sections, each 4 mm wide. Insulated from Motor Shaft by 3.6 mm thick phenolic, R/C, QMFZ2, SHANGHAI EUROPEAN-ASIAN SYNTHETIC MATERIAL CO LTD (E176036), Type EA-5558J, rated V-0, 150°C. Tightly fitted to Motor Shaft.

6. Spider – Two provided. Each R/C, QMFZ2, E I DUPONT DE NEMOURS & CO INC (E41938), type 70G33HSL(+), black or natural, rated HB, 105°C.

   • Measures 1.9 mm thick. Extended minimum 1.6 mm beyond Rotor Lamination. Alternate– Two provided. Each R/C, QMFZ2, TORAY INDUSTRIES INC
     (E41797), type 3004G-30(r1), black or natural, rated V-0, 110°C. Others same as above.

7. Motor Protector – R/C, YFZW2/8, Malsuslilta Electric Ind CO LTD (E60271), Type N124, rated 250 V, 2 A, or 125 V, 3 A, operating temperature 130°C. Totally insulated by sleeving, R/C, UZFT2/8, rated 200°C, 600 V. Secured on Stator Winding by cable ties, R/C ZODZ2, rated min. 85°C.

   • Alternate – Same as above except R/C (XCMQ2/8), AUPO Electronics Ltd (E140847), type P4-5A-F, rated 250 V, 5 A, function temperature 130°C. Alternate – Same as above, except R/C (XCMQ2/8), NEC SCHOTT COMPONENTS CORP (E71747), Type SF129E, rated 120 V ac, 15 A; 250 V ac, 10/15 A, function temperature at 133°C.

8. Motor Leads – R/C, AVLV2/8, rated minimum 200°C, 300 V, 20 or 22 AWG. Connections are totally insulated by sleeving, R/C, UZFT2/8, rated , rated 200°C, 600 V.

9. Motor Brackets – Two brackets each provided with 10 mm diameter opening for bearing. Plated steel. One measured 30 mm by 33.5 mm by 21 mm, the others measured 26 mm by 34.5 mm by 27mm, 1.5 mm thick. Secured to Stator by two screws.

10. Brush Holder – Two provided. Each R/C, QMFZ2, BASF SE (E176036), Type EA-5551Je, rated V-0, 150°C, suitable for direct support of live parts. Each measures overall 17 mm by 10 mm by 16 mm, 2 mm thick, provided with a 5.6 by 5.7 mm channel for fitting of Brush. Secured to Motor Brackets by a rivet.

11. Brushes – Carbon. Two provided. Each measures 4 by 5.5 by 13 mm long. Each provided with a copper wire, measures 0.4 mm diameter by 10.7 mm long, mechanically secured and welded to a copper plate, measures 0.5 mm thick by 5 mm diameter for prevent reduction of spacing caused by Brush wearing out. And each provided with one spring wire, which measures 0.20 mm diameter, overall 4.5 mm OD by 15 mm un-compressed length. Each physically fitted to integral channel on Brush Holders.

12. Motor Shaft – Steel rod. Overall measures 6.35 mm OD by 110 mm long. Supported by the bearings of Motor Brackets.

13. Motor Terminals – Two provided. Copper. One end terminated to motor leads and the other end terminated to brush holder, both ends secured by an integral tab.

14. Inner Motor Fan – R/C, QMFZ2, rated min. HB. Located opposite the commutator end. Measures 28 mm OD by 11.8 mm high by 1.4 mm thick. Provided with 8 laminas, each measures 1.4 by 9.4 by 11 mm. Tightly fitted to the shaft of Motor.

ALTERNATE MOTOR FOR BLENDER, MODEL XJ-11401 – FIG. 5A General – Fig. 5A shows the disassembled view of Motor Assembly, Type XJ11401 5438.

1. Armature Assembly – Consists of the following parts:
   Laminations – Plated steel. Measured overall 28.7 OD by 35.5 mm stacked height. 71 sheets.

   • B. Slot liner – Polyethylene terephthalate film, minimum 0.18 mm thick. Extends min. 1.6 mm beyond each end of laminations.
   • C. Wedge – Vulcanized fiber. R/C (QMTS2), THE TOYO FIBRE CO LTD (E55656), Type HB-77, rated HB, 115°C, minimum 0.5 mm thick. Extends min. 1.6 mm beyond each end of Laminations.
   • End spider/Shaft insulations – Two provided. R/C (QMFZ2), E I DUPONT DE NEMOURS & CO INC (E41938), type 70G33HSL(+), NC,rated HB, 105°C, minimum 1.9 mm thick. Provided with ten spokes for armature winding.
   • Motor shaft – Plated steel, measured overall 6.35 mm OD by 111.5 mm long.
   • F. Winding – Enameled copper wire, 10 segments, 0.27 mm diameter by 60 turns, wound over the internal flanges of Spider.
   • G. Commutator – Copper, Measured overall 15 mm OD by 10 mm high. Consists of 10 copper segments, each measured 4 mm wide. Insulated from Motor Shaft by phenolic, R/C (QMFZ2), SHANGHAI EUROPEAN-ASIAN SYNTHETIC MATERIAL CO LTD (E176036),
   • Type EA-5555Je, BK, rated V-0, 150C, suitable for direct support uninsulated live parts, measured 3.6 mm thick. Tightly fitted to Motor Shaft.

2. Stator Assembly – Consists of the following parts:

   • A. Stator – Laminated sheet steel. Measured overall 52 by 45 by 38 mm stacked high. Provided with a 29 mm ID opening for Armature Assembly.
   • B. Windings – Two coils, each 0.47 mm diameter by 120 turns enameled copper wire.
   • C. Slot liner – Polyethylene terephthalate film, minimum 0.18 mm thick. Extends min. 1.6 mm beyond each end of laminations.
   • D. Insulating Tape – R/C (OANZ2), rated minimum 130°C, adhesive to Windings.

3. Brush/Brush Holder Assembly – Consists of the following parts:

   • A. Brushes – Two provided. Carbon, each measured 4 by 5.5 mm at cross section area. Secured to Brush Terminal by copper wire, measured 0.4 mm diameter by 10.7 mm long.

   • E. Brush Holder Terminals – Brass, two provided. Each measured overall 21.2 by 2.8 mm, 0.5 mm thick. Secured to Brush Holders through two holes on the Brush Holders.

4. Motor Brackets – Two provided. Plated steel. Upper bracket, measured 51 by 26 by 27 mm, minimum 1.5 mm thick, provided with two openings, each 9 by 9 mm for brush holders; lower bracket, measured 52 by 30 by 21 mm, minimum 1.5 mm thick. Each end

   • provided with one 6.38 mm ID opening for motor shaft. Secured together with Stator by screws.

5. Thermal Fuse – R/C (XCMQ2/8), AUPO Electronics Ltd (E140847), type P4-5A-F, rated 250 V, 5 A, function temperature 130°C. Thermal fuse was were insulated with tubing R/C (UZFT2), rated minimum 105°C, 600 V, VW-1. Secured on Stator Winding by two Cable Ties.

6. Motor Fan – Two provided. R/C (QMFZ2), rated minimum HB, 115°C. Upper one, measured overall 50 mm OD by 7.6 mm high, 1 mm thick, consists of ten blades. Lower one, measured overall 28 OD by 11.8 mm high, 1.4 mm thick, consists of eight blades. Secured to motor shaft by physically fit.

7. Motor Leads – R/C (AVLV2), CNR, min. 22 AWG, rated min. 200°C, 300 V.

8. Cable Ties – R/C (ZODZ2), rated min. 105C.

7. Cross Blade – Shape as shown, stainless steel, 1 mm thick. Upper

   • blades are overall measures 20 mm long sharp edges at leading faces, tip-to-tip distance of upper blades measured 29 mm. Lower blades are overall measures 30 mm long sharp edges at leading faces, tip-to-tip distance of upper blades measured 62 mm. The blades are riveted and fitted to a steel shaft and threaded to the Container Coupler. Refer to ILL.5 for detailed dimensions. Alternate – Same as above except Upper blades are overall measures 28.9 mm long sharp edges at leading faces, tip-to-tip distance of upper blades measured 29.2 mm. Lower blades are overall measures 32 mm long sharp edges at leading faces, tip-totip distance of lower blades measured 59 mm. 9. Container Coupler – Thermoplastic. Provided with a mold-in metal. Threaded to the Blade Assembly with lock washer.

10. Blade Shaft Gasket – R/C (QMFZ2), JIANGSU HONGDA NEW MATERIAL CO LTD (E231325), NC, type HD-95, rated HB, 150°C. Measures overall 1.8 mm thick, overall 13 mm OD by 5.8 mm ID by 4.2 mm high. Physically fitted to Cross/Flat Blade shaft.

BLENDER, MODEL XJ-11401B1 – FIG. 8

Provided with one 11.2 mm by 8.4 mm opening for power supply cord entry. Provided with two 5.6 mm OD by 25.5 mm high screw posts which are connected by 1.0 mm thick by 9.8 mm high by 9.3 mm wide rib, serves as strain relief with Clamp. The outer surface was chrome plated and inner surface was free of chrome plated. Secured to Inner Bracket by screws.

10. Cross Blade – Shape as shown, stainless steel, 1.2 mm thick. Upper blades are overall measures 17.5 mm long sharp edges at leading faces, tip-to-tip distance of upper blades measured 37 mm. Lower blades are overall measures 16.1 mm long sharp edges at leading faces, tip-to-tip distance of upper blades measured 49.4 mm.

11. Container Coupler – Rubber. Provided with a mold-in metal. Threaded to the Blade Assembly with lock washer.

    V0(rr), rated V-0, 105°C, suitable for direct support of live parts. Not serves as enclosure. Measured 2 mm thick, overall 89 mm OD by 51.5 mm high. Provided with Three 20.2 by 8.4 by 9 mm compartments and one integral hook for Interlock Switches. Provided with three 7 mm OD by 16 mm long integral cylinder for Interlock Switch Actuators. Provided with one centered 15 mm ID opening for Motor. Secured together with Top enclosure and Bottom Enclosure by screws.

15. Interlock Switch Actuators –Four provided. Each R/C, QMFZ2, TORAY INDUSTRIES INC (E41797), CM3004-V0(rr), rated V-0, 105°C. Overall measures 71.7 by 12.2 by 1.5 mm thick. Each is sandwiched between Top Enclosure and Inner Bracket with one spring.

Wounded over two integral flanges of Stator. A motor Protector(R/C, YFZW2/8, YUANJIANG CITY REID ELECTRONIC AND TECHNOLOGY CO LTD(E354128), type 17AMR+PTC(030 A), Rated 120 V ac, 8 A, functioning temperature at 115±5℃， mechanical secured to Winding and Motor Lead before soldering.

BLENDER, MODEL 42851 – FIGS. 17, 19

•  Fig. 17 show the overall view. Model 42851 is identical to Model XJ-11401B1 as described in Fig.17, 19, except the following different.

1. Motor – Model 42851A1, Same as motor model XJ11401 of XJ-11401B1,just model designation.
2. Middle Enclosure – R/C QMFZ2, LG CHEMICAL LTD (E67171), Type HI121, rated HB, 95°C. Refer to the ILL. 9B for dimension details. For dimension details. Secured to Inner Bracket by screws.
3. Decorate Ring – R/C QMFZ2, LG CHEMICAL LTD (E67171), Type HI121, rated HB, 95°C. Measures 1.75 mm thick. Refer to the ILL. 9B for dimension details. The outer surface was chrome plated and inner surface was free of chrome plated. Secured between Main enclosure and Middle Enclosure by physical fit.
4. Motor Coupler – R/C, QMFZ2, QMFZ2, TORAY INDUSTRIES INC (E41797), type CM3004-V0(rr), black or natural, rated V-0, 105°C. Measures 36.5 mm OD by 16.3 mm high. Physically fitted into Motor Shaft. Used to drive the coupler of attachment.
5. Cross Blade – Shape as shown, stainless steel, 1.2 mm thick. Upper blades are overall measures 29 mm long sharp edges at leading faces, tip-to-tip distance of upper blades measured 29 mm. Lower blades are overall measures 32.4 mm long sharp edges at leading faces, tip-to-tip distance of upper blades measured 59 mm. The blades are riveted and fitted to a steel shaft and threaded to the Container Coupler. Refer to ILL.9C for detailed dimensions.
6. Small Cup – R/C QMFZ2, LG CHEM LTD (E67171), Type 82TR, rated HB, 50°C. Measures 1.5 mm thick, overall 85.6 mm diameter by 102 mm high. Provided with three integrally molded tabs to lock container and actuate Interlock switch after turned clockwise. Threaded to Blade Base.
7. Flat Blade – Shape as shown, stainless steel, 1 mm thick. Provided with 36.5 mm long sharp edges at leading faces. Overall measures 67 mm by 13 mm width. Secured to blade holder by rivet and threaded to the Container Coupler.

BLENDER, MODEL – FIGS. 20-23
Fig. 20 show the overall view, Fig 2 show the Bottom View, Fig. 23 show the internal view. Model XJ-13413B1 is identical to Model XJ-13413F1 as described in Figs.14 THROUGH 16, except with Flat Blade assembly same as XJ-11401, and the following.

1. Main Enclosure – Stainless Steel. May painted with variable colors. Spaced minimum 1.6 mm from uninsulated live parts. Measures 0.4 mm thick, see ILL. 9E for dimension details. Sandwiched between Top Enclosure and Bottom Enclosure.

2. Bottom Enclosure – R/C, QMFZ2, HANWHA TOTAL PETROCHEMICAL Co
   Ltd(E140331), type HJ730+, rated HB, 115°C. Spaced minimum 0.8 mm from uninsulated live parts. Measures 2 mm thick. Provided with several openings for ventilation, refer to ILL. 9E for dimension details. Secured to Inner Bracket by screws.

3. Small Cup – Several may be provided. R/C QMFZ2, Type 82TR, rated HB, 50°C. Measures 1.5 mm thick, overall 85.6 mm diameter by 95.5 mm high. Provided with three integrally molded tabs to lock container and actuate Interlock switch after turned clockwise. Threaded to Blade Base. Refer to ILL. 9E for dimension details.
