Operation Instruction
Power on Operation
Long press the power button for 3 seconds, the motor vibrates continuously for
3 seconds, after the red/blue indicator light is on for a long time, the blue
indicator light goes off, the red indicator light flashes slowly and the DVR
starts recording.
Power off Operation
Long press the power button for 3 seconds and the motor will vibrate 3 times.
After the red/blue light fast flashes 3 times, the DVR turns off and stops
recording.
Photo Capture Operation
- In recording mode, short press the power button once, and the recorder will capture a photo. At the same time, the motor vibrates once.
- In recording mode, short press the red button on the remote control once, and the recorder will capture a photo. At the same time, the motor vibrates once
Red/Blue Indicator Working Status
- Blue indicator flashes slowly, DVR is charging, blue indicator lights up a long time, DVR is fully charged.
- Red indicator flashes slowly, DVR is recording.
- Red indicator is fast flashing, DVR is in emergency recording. The DVR enters emergency recording state because the gravity sensor is triggered. The video file name will be named GSR-XXXXXX. Emergency video can be saved up to 20, after which the earliest one will be deleted.
- When the red indicator lights up a long time, the DVR will stop recording
- When the recorder is turned on, if the memory card is not inserted, the recorder will automatically shut down after 1 minute.
Low Battery
When the DVR’s battery is low, after the red/blue light flashes slowly
three times, the DVR will turn off and stop recording.
DVR Charging
- The blue light flashes slowly, the DVR is charging, the blue light is on for a long time, the DVR is fully charged. To use more than 5V/2A charger to charge the DVR. It is not recommended to use a charger with fast charging to charge the DVR.
- When plugging in the charger to charge the DVR, the DVR will record while charging. If you do not want the DVR to record while the DVR is charging, you can long press the shutdown button, the DVR will shut down, at this time the DVR only charging, not recording.
DVR Connected to PC Operation
When the DVR is connected to a computer, the red/blue indicator lights is
always on, at this time the DVR enters U disk mode, you can browse the video
files inside the DVR’s memory card.
Record While Recording Operation
- The recorder system will not record while charging after connecting to the external power supply by default. You need to short press the power button once. The recorder will start recording.
- If you find the above operation more troublesome. You can connect the WiFi first, enter the APP Settings interface , and turn on the function of record while charging. In this way, when connected to the external power supply, the recorder can record while charging. No need to short press the power button again.
WiFi on and off Operation
- WiFi is off by default when the recorder is not connected to external power supply. If you need to connect WiFi, you need to wait until the recorder is turned on, short press the power button 2 times in a row. The blue indicator light will flash slowly, the recorder WiFi is on, enter the APP after successfully connecting to WiFi, the blue indicator light will be always on.
- After WiFi is turned on, if you don’t want to connect to WiFi, just short press the power button 2 times in a row and the blue indicator light goes off to indicate that WiFi is off.
- If you turn on WiFi and then do not connect to it, the recorder will automatically turn off after 3 minutes.
- Switching WiFi on and off can also be done via the wireless remote control, double click the blue button of the remote control to turn WiFi on or off.
Reset DVR WiFi Password and WiFi Nam
Put the TXT file for resetting WiFi password and WiFi name in the root directory of TF card, then insert the memory card into the DVR, press and hold the on/off button, wait until the DVR is turned on, the system will automatically reset WiFi password and WiFi name. You can contact our support team about how to get the TXT file.

When K5 series recorders are connected to the power bank through the Type-C

Double click on the red button to switch on/off the spectral light.

Short press the red button three times in a row to turn off the recorder.

Double-click the blue button to switch WiFi on/off.

Short press the blue button three times in a row to switch to temperature units, with Celsius and Fahrenheit options.

Use a screwdriver to remove the 4screws at the bottom of the remote control , and then lift off the protective cover.

Push the coin cell battery out of the side with a screwdriver or fingernail.

Install the new battery into the battery base according to the positive and negative poles. After ensuring that it can be used normally, close the protective cover and screw back the screws.

Mobile APP Installation and Operation Instruction
The WiFi APP is a mobile control software used with VSYSTO camera equipment. This software connects to the camera device via Wi-Fi, can preview the playback video directly on the mobile phone, and easily realize the operation of viewing the files in the camera on the mobile phone screen and performing settings and other operations. It subverts the control mode of traditional cameras and brings you a whole new experience.
Download and Installation
Scan the QR code above to download the latest APP from Google Play and APP Store. Or you can search “WiFi Camer” on Google Play or APP Store to download and install it.
Conditions of use and product association:
- Smart terminal with Android 5.0 or higher or Apple terminal.
- Purchase a recorder terminal device that uses VSYSTO design scheme, and connect the mobile phone WiFi to the camera correctly.

In order to ensure the normal use of APP functions, please update the APP to
the latest version in time.
Connection Steps:
- Turn on the recorder, double-click the power button or short press the blue button of remote control once to turn on WiFi.
- Enter the WiFi setting interface of the phone, find the corresponding WiFi name, and enter the password to connect to WiFi.
- Open the mobile phone APP, connect the recorder.
Video File Name
REC-XXXX —Normal recorded videos
GSR-XXXX —Emergency recorded videos
Synchronous recorder time
After connecting the phone to the camera WiFi, open the APP. When the APP
prompts “Command succeeded”, it means that the recorder time has been
synchronized with the phone time (as shown in the following figure).
Browse camera files
Click to browse the video files on camera memory card.(as shown in the figure
below)
Playback camera files
Browsing the camera file interface in the “Online” option, click the file you
want to playback.
Local files management
Click to enter the browsing interface of local files to replay/delete the files stored in the mobile phone, and the operation is similar to the online interface.
Download or delete camera files
Browsing the camera file interface in the “Online” option, click”EDIT” to
select the file that you want to download or delete and then click “Save” or
“Delete” below as needed (as shown in the figure below)
ATTENTION
Solutions for WiFi Connection Problem on Some Mobile
Phones:
Android: Firstly turn off your phone’s mobile data and then connect to DVR’s
WiFi. If the prompt “Trust this Network” appears, you must click “YES”,
because Android phone forbids mobile data to ensure the recorded video file
transferring speed from DVR to mobile phone.
IOS: Allows the mobile phone to continue to use the mobile network after connecting to the recorder via WIFI, but it affects the speed of downloading the DVR’s video files to the mobile phone.
When using the product for the first time, please backup the data in the TF card, and then insert the TF card into the recorder. We are not responsible if the recorder automatically formats the data on the TF card when using the product.
Trouble Shootings

What if I forget my password?
Contact customer service to repair with program. -
The lens is fuzzy and the video is not clear. Check the exterior of the lens for dirt and dust.

The device freezes or doesn’t record.
Please push the reset button of the DVR with a sharp needle to reset the DVR.If the DVR can be turned on but does not record,check whether the TF card is normal,or format it on the computer,or connect the DVR to WiFi, and enter the APP to format.
Warm Tips:
- Please use regular 5V2A charger to charge the DVR.
- It is a normal phenomenon that DVR heats up during use.
- This DVR is Ultra HD 2K resolution, it is recommended to use a monitor above 2K to play the video for the best effect.
- The DVR can record about 175M video for 1 minute, and a 64GB card can record about 6 hours.
