Before Beginning Installation
- We recommend doing a benchmark test before installation to ensure that all components are working properly.
- Choose the monitor and camera locations.
- Install all cables in the vehicle, when necessary a 0.5” (12mm) hole should be drilled for passing the camera cable through the vehicle’s walls.
- Once all cables and wiring have been properly routed, perform a system function test by temporarily connecting the system.
Installation Guide
CAM 1
- Slide the suction cup mounting bracket’s head into the monitor’s back metal clip.
- Before mounting the monitor, clean the mounting surface well.
- Position the suction cup on the dashboard or on the windshield.
- Press the suction cup against the surface and press the lockdown to fix it.
Cables
- Be sure to position the cable properly. Do not run the cable over sharp edges, do not kink the cable, and keep away from HOT and rotating parts.
- Fasten all cables and secure all excess cables.
Separate Cameras
Connect to Turn signal wire or Reverse signal wire: A full screen displays
this camera automatically when the turning or reversing signal is triggered.
Power Cable
Connect to cigarette lighter socket.
Operation
- Insert the memory card and connect the power adapter to the cigarette lighter socket. The dash cam automatically powers on and starts to record when the car engine is turned on, and the dash cam will turn off when the engine is off.
- To access the Main Menu, short-press the button to stop video recording and then long-press the button.
- Use the and buttons to navigate the menu and the button to confirm your selection. Long-press the button to go back to the previous menu.
- To go back to Video Mode directly from the Main Menu, long-press the button.
- To play/pause a selected video in Playback Mode, press the button.
- To switch between different cameras on the monitor while in Video Mode, long-press the buttons to select.
- In Playback Mode, you can long-press the front camera to switch the video list from the side cameras.
Display Modes Switch (Monitor)
The monitor display the left and right 2-split image by default, you can set different modes by pressing the button on the main unit.

Operation

- To switch between different cameras on the monitor while in Video Mode, long-press the buttons to select.
- In Playback Mode, you can long-press the button to switch the video list from the front camera to the side camera.
Display Modes Switch (Monitor)
The monitor display the left and right 2-split image by default, you can set different modes by pressing the button on the main unit.
Display Modes Switch (2.4G Remote)
- To view the left side of the truck, press the red button briefly. The monitor will show the left camera in full screen. Press the red button again to go back to the default display mode.
- To view the right side of the truck, press the blue button briefly. The monitor will display the right camera in full screen. Press the blue button again to return to the default display mode.
- To check the front view of the truck, double-click the blue button. The monitor will show the front camera in full screen. Press any button briefly to return to the default display mode.
- The DVR retains the last selected setting even when powered off. As a result, when you power it on again, it will display the same mode that you used previously.
- Please replace the battery in the remote controller (Battery model: CR2032) when it becomes discharged, as this can cause the remote to malfunction.
Menu Setting Description
- Select the setting options and press the button to enter Video Mode.
- Select the setting options and press the button to enter Playback Mode.
Video file name information: REC_170809-163256F.MOV
- “REC” means normal video file
- “163256” means time 16 o’clock 32 minutes 56seconds
- “MOV” means video file format
- “GSR” means file recorded by triggering G-sensor
- “170809” means date 9th August, 2017
- “F” means front camera video file
NOTE : The recorder will lock the latest 10 emergency recording videos (GSR-XXXX.MOV)triggered by G-sensor from being overwritten, and after more than 10, the recorder will automatically start to overwrite the earliest locked emergency video.
