Wi-Fi Connection Troubleshooting

My WiFi App Doesn’t Connect

  1. Make sure the camera is powered on and the correct wifi is connected.
  2. Make sure the wifi app has been upgraded to the latest version.
  3. For a smooth Wi-Fi connection between your smartphone and VSYS camera, make sure the distance between both is within a range of 3~5 meters (10~16 ft).
  4. If your smartphone connects to the camera, it may disconnect from the network if it doesn’t detect an internet connection, which your dashcam does not provide. To avoid losing your network connection, you can choose to “Stay connected to this network without Internet?” or a similar prompt when it appears. Clicking the affirmative response will maintain your connection and help resolve any connectivity issues you may encounter.

If you’re still experiencing connectivity issues, we suggest disabling cellular data and any other active internet connections on your mobile phone. Doing so may help to resolve the problem of your smartphone not connecting to your dash cam.

Why can’t I share videos on social media?
Each video file is too big to share even if you set the clip size to 1 minute. You must edit the video to a maximum of 30 seconds and then share it on social media.
What does GST mean?
GST indicates G-sensor sensitivity levels. Level 0~ Level 4 indicates the sensitivity level from low to high.
What if I forget my wifi password?
Contact the seller to get the reset file if it encounters an error when setting the SSID and password.
