STRUCTURE

OPERATION

Power on
Long press the power button, the motor in the recorder vibrates continuously for 3 seconds. After the red/blue indicator is always on, the blue indicator is off, red light flashes slowly, and the recorder starts recording.

Power off
Long press the power button, the motor in the recorder vibrates for 3 seconds. After the red/blue indicator flashes three times, the recorder shuts down and stops recording.

Snapshot
In the video recording state, short press the power button, the recorder will snap a picture. At the same time, the motor will vibrate once.

Red/Blue Indicator Light Working Status

1. Blue light: Flashing Slowly – In Charging; Steadily lights – Fully Charged.

2. Red light: Flashing Slowly – Recording; Quick flash – Emergency recording; Steadily lights – Stop recording.
   ※The camera has built-in G-Sensor. If G-Sensor is triggered, camera will record emergency video and the video file name will be GSR-XXXX. The emergency videos can be saved up to 20. When videos exceeds 20, the recorder will automatically delete the oldest recorded file.

3. When the recorder is turned on, if the memory card is not inserted, the recorder will automatically shut down after 1 minute.

Low Battery Mode
When the recorder battery is low, the red/blue indicator light flashes three times slowly, and the recorder shuts down and stops recording.
Charging Mode

1. The blue indicator light flashes slowly, the recorder is charging; the blue indicator light is always on, the recorder is fully charged. The recorder charger should use a 5V/2A and above charger to charge the recorder.
   Chargers with fast charging function are not recommended to charge the recorder.

2. When plugging in the charger to charge, the recorder will record while charging. If you don’t want to record the camera when charging, you can long press the power button. The recorder will be turned off, only charging the recorder, not recording.

Recorder Connect Computer Operation
When the recorder is connected to the computer, the red/blue indicator light is always on. When the recorder is in the “U” disk mode, you can browse the video files of the recorder memory card.

Recording Operation
When the recorder is connected to an external power supply, it will not automatically record video after startup.
If you want to record while charging, be sure to short press the power button once after the recorder is turned on. After the red indicator light flashes slowly, the recorder starts recording.
Turn on/off WiFi

1. When the recorder is not connected to an external power supply, the WiFi function is turned off. If you want to connect to WiFi, you need to wait until the recorder is turned on. Double click the power button, the blue indicator flashes slowly, and the recorder WiFi is turned on. After connecting WiFi successfully and entering the APP, the blue indicator is always on.
2. After WiFi is turned on, if you want to turn off WiFi, just double-click the power button. The blue indicator is off, and WiFi is turned off.
3. If the recorder is not connected after WiFi is turned on, it will automatically turn off the WiFi function after 3 minutes.

Reset WiFi password and WiFi name
Place the TXT file of resetting WiFi password and WiFi name in the SD card root directory. Then insert the memory card into the recorder, press the power button.
After the recorder is powered on, the system will automatically reset the WiFi password and WiFi name.

2.4G Wired Controller

| When the recorder is on, short press the red button once, the recorder will capture a picture and the motor will vibrate once.

1)When the recorder is on, short press the blue button once, the WiFi will be turned on and the blue indicator light will flash slowly.
2)When the recorder is on and WiFi is turned on, short press the blue button once to turn off WiFi.
3)When the recorder is on, press the blue button three times continuously, the red/blue indicator of the recorder will flash 3 times quickly. At the same time, the motor vibrates for 3 times, then the recorder shuts down.

1. Use a screwdriver to remove the 4 screws at the bottom of the remote control , and then lift off the protective cover.
2. Push the coin cell battery out of the side with a screwdriver or fingernail.
3. Install the new battery into the battery base according to the positive and negative poles.
   After ensuring that it can be used normally, close the protective cover and screw back the screws.

Mobile APP Installation and Operation Instruction

Download and Installation
The WiFi APP is a mobile control software used with VSYSTO camera equipment. This software connects to the camera device via Wi-Fi, can preview the playback video directly on the mobile phone, and easily realize the operation of viewing the files in the camera on the mobile phone screen and performing settings and other operations. It subverts the control mode of traditional cameras and brings you a whole new experience.

Conditions of use and product association:

1. Smart terminal with Android 5.0 or higher or Apple terminal.
2. Purchase a recorder terminal device that uses VSYSTO design scheme, and connect the mobile phone WiFi to the camera correctly DVR WiFi . Default Name:K5X-xxxx

※To ensure the normal use of APP functions, please update the APP to the latest version in time.
Connection Steps:

1. Turn on the recorder, double-click the power button or short press the blue button of remote control once to turn on WiFi.
2. Enter the WiFi setting interface of the phone, find the corresponding WiFi name, and enter the password to connect to WiFi.
3. Open the mobile phone APP, connect the recorder.

Live preview(video/photo)
After connect the camera WiFi with mobile phone,open the APP and click “Connect Device” to enter video preview status. In video preview state you can control camera to take video or photo. Click to full screen display(as shown in the figure below)

Synchronous recorder time
After connecting the phone to the camera WiFi, open the APP. When the APP prompts “Command succeeded”, it means that the recorder time has been synchronized with the phone time (as shown in the following figure).

Browse camera files
Click to browse the video files on camera memory card.(as shown in the figure below)

Playback camera files
Browsing the camera file interface in the “Online” option, click the file you want to playback.

Download or delete camera files
Browsing the camera file interface in the “Online” option, click“EDIT” to select the file that you want to download or delete and then click “Save” or “Delete” below as needed (as shown in the figure below)

Local files managemen
Click to enter the browsing interface of local files to replay/delete the files stored in the mobile phone, and the operation is similar to the online interface.

Video File Name
REC-XXXX—Normal recorded videos
GSR-XXXX—Emergency recorded videos

Camera Parameter Setting
Click to enter parameter setting interface of the camera to set some parameters of the camera in the APP. Among them, you can set the WiFi name and password of the DVR in Setting SSID (as shown below)

ATTENTION
Solutions for WiFi Connection Problem on Some Mobile
Phones:
Android: Firstly turn off your phone’s mobile data and then connect to DVR’s WiFi. If the prompt “Trust this Network” appears, you must click “YES”, because Android phone forbids mobile data to ensure the recorded video file transferring speed from DVR to mobile phone.
IOS: Allows the mobile phone to continue to use the mobile network after connecting to the recorder via WIFI, but it affects the speed of downloading the DVR’s video files to the mobile phone.

Troubleshooting

※After setting a new password, what should I do if I forgot it?
Contact customer service for fix firmware.
※The lens is fuzzy and video is not clear.
Check the appearance of the lens for dirt and dust.
※The device freezes or does not record.
Please press the reset button of the machine with a sharp needle to reset the camera.
※Camera can be turned on, but doesn’t record
Check whether the TF card is normal, or format it on the computer, or connected to the device WiFi and format it on the APP.

Usage Suggestions
※Please use 5V 2A charger to charge the equipment.
※It is a normal phenomenon that the device is heated in use.
