Troubleshooting Steps
For batteries: Ensure the batteries are being inserted correctly to the
corresponding symbols marked on the battery compartment & cap.
For use: do not push too hard on the surface you are cleaning as this will
cause the head to stop spinning. Ensure the selected head has been attached
correctly. The head should slot on and turn clockwise to secure into place.
