Product Usage Instructions
Installation:
- Locate the gas detector at least 16in below the ceiling out of air flow or draft. Flush mount it on a single gang rough-in box.
- Wire additional buttons in series for operation.
Electrical Connection:
- Connect the gas detector to a utility control panel for gas and electrics using the specified wire gauge.
- Use a 4-pole electrical contactor to control power to classroom outlets. Mount it in an electrical enclosure in the ceiling.
Emergency Shutdown:
- In case of emergency, press the emergency shutoff button with the clear plastic flip-up cover.
