Introduction
The Spark Portable Charging Station supplies power to Intelligent Flight Batteries and smart devices wherever you go with an impressive amount of total power. When fully charged, it can charge up to three Spark batteries. Without removing the battery from the aircraft, you can simply place Spark into the station to begin charging, and the Charging Station features two additional charging ports for spare batteries. When charging, it will first charge the battery in the aircraft, and then the two spare batteries in accordance with their power levels from high to low. When connected to an external power source, the Charging Station will charge itself as well. Using the USB port, it can also provide power to mobile devices such as smartphones or tablets.

Connect the Spark Battery Charger to a power outlet (100-240 V, 50-60 Hz), then connect the Charging Station to the Spark Battery Charger.
- Connecting the Batteries
- Toggle the Securing Board Switch to open the board and then align the battery with the Battery Slot Track and insert the battery as shown below. Push the battery in the direction of arrow @ to secure it in place.
- Align the external charging contact on the aircraft’s battery with the Charging Station’s contact, and then insert the aircraft into the station. After charging starts, the aircraft will power off.
- Close the securing board and ensure the board is fastened when hearing a “click” and seeing the switch return to its original position.
When charging, the Charging Station will first charge the battery in the aircraft, and then the two spare batteries in accordance with their power levels from high to low. Refer to “LED Descriptions” for more information about the Battery LED Indicators and Charging Station Power Level LEDs’ flashing patterns.
- When connected to an external power source, after batteries are correctly inserted, the charging station will automatically start charging. There is no need to power on the Charging Station manually.
- Make sure the securing board is firmly closed if you still want to charge the batteries or other devices during transportation after the power cable is disconnected. The Charging Station can still supply power to batteries and other devices if it has sufficient power once the power cable is disconnected.
- Disconnect the power cable when charging is complete to power off the Charging Station.
Disconnected from an External Power Source
The Charging Station can work as a power source to charge batteries and other devices when it has adequate power.
- Checking the Power Level
Press the power button once to check current power level of the Charging Station and make sure the station itself has adequate power.
-

When charging is complete (or the station fails to detect the to-be-charged devices) for 30 seconds, the station will turn off automatically. The station will also turn off when its power has run out (power level less than 5%).- Make sure the batteries are correctly inserted and the aircraft is attached securely before charging.
- When using the charging contact, connect the battery to the aircraft first, and then insert the aircraft into the station. The charging contact can only charge an aircraft-connected battery.
- When charging an aircraft-connected battery together with other spare batteries, connect the spare batteries first, and then the aircraft.
- DO NOT cover the Charging Station during usage.
After being placed into the station and charging has started, the aircraft will power off automatically.
LED Descriptions
- The three Battery LED Indicators refer to the three Intelligent Flight Batteries the station can charge. The icon refers to the Intelligent Flight Battery on the left side, refers to the Intelligent Flight Battery inserted into the aircraft, and refers to the Intelligent Flight Battery on the right side.
- The four Charging Station power level LEDs indicate the current power level and charging status of the station itself.
- You do not need to unplug and plug in the charger in the event of temperature error; the charger will resume charging when the temperature is within the allowable range.
Updating Firmware
The Charging Hub can be updated using the firmware update program. If no firmware update program is released on the Downloads page of the official DJI website, it indicates that the product firmware is up-to-date and no update is required.
