-/Down button
This button controls the downward movement in the menu interface or the reduction of a brightness parameter. -
+/Up button
This button can control the upward movement in the menu interface, and can also increase brightness parameter. -
Return/Quit button
Press this button in the menu interface to return to the previous interface or exit the menu interface. -
Menu/Confirm button
The first time you press this button, the monitor will display a menu interface. In the menu interface, this button is used for entering selected sub menu or confirming the selection -
Power button
Pressing this button turns the monitor on and off. When the power indicator lights up red, the monitor has been turned on. Else, the monitor is off.
1.2.1. Metal base Installation
To make the display stand upright on the desktop, you need to install the metal base with screws. The installation method is as follows:

2.0. How to Connect Monitor to Your Device?

First use the power adapter to connect the monitor to the power supply, press the power button to make the red light of the power indicator light always on.

Use a VGA/HDMI cable to connect to the corresponding port of the device so that the video signal can be transmitted normally.

Use the USB cable to connect the monitor and the device so that the touch signal can be transmitted normally.

2.4. Touchscreen Recognition Setting for Windows Laptop
1. If the touch function of the monitor doesn’t work after connecting the computer with a USB cable, you need to follow the steps below to make the computer recognize the monitor as a touchscreen:
2. In the search box in the lower left corner of the computer desktop, enter “Control Panel”—–Open the Control Panel interface—–Click on Tablet PC Settings—–Click on Setup

3. Enter the touch confirmation interface, click the monitor screen, and the computer will confirm that the monitor is a touchscreen.

4. If your computer is using Windows XP or Windows 7, then you need to
download our upgrade tool application on your computer to upgrade the firmware
(MOUSE.rar).
After decompressing the MOUSE.rar file, click the exe. software, the software
will automatically detect the upgrade file, and then click RUN to complete the
upgrade.
Because Windows XP or Windows 7 computer only support single touch, you need
to upgrade firmware that supports single touch.

2.5. Duplicate & Extend Mode Setting for Windows
1. Right click on an empty area of the desktop.
2. Choose Display Settings.

3. Scroll Down to the Multiple displays area and select Duplicate these displays or Extend these displays.

3.0. Parameter Settings
- Press the Menu/Confirm button to activate the OSD menu.
- Press the +/Up button and -/Down button to choose your settings.
- Press the Menu/Confirm Button to confirm.
- Press the +/Up button and -/Down button to adjust the value.
- Press Return/Quit button to return to the previous page and quit the menu interface.

3.1. Picture Settings
Press the Menu/Confirm button in the main interface to enter the picture menu.
Auto Color Management: There are a total of 5 color modes. (User, ECO,
Standard, Graphic, and Movie)

Brightness : The adjusting range is from 0 to 100.
Contrast : The adjusting range is from 0 to 100.
Colour Temp : Three color temperatures can be adjusted.
(Warm, Cold, and User)
3.2. OSD Settings
Press the -/Down button and Menu/Confirm button in the menu interface to enter the OSD menu.
H.Position : Adjust the horizontal movement of the menu interface. The adjusting range is from 0 to 100.
V.Position : Adjust the vertical movement of the menu interface. The adjusting range is from 0 to 100.
OSD Timeout : Adjust the time when the menu interface automatically exit without any operation. The adjusting range is from 10s to 120s.

3.3. Language Settings
Language : Contains 11 languages(English, Portuguese, Polish, Turkish, Hollands, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Italian, Spanish, French, German)
Reset : After pressing the Menu/Confirm button, all settings on the menu interface will be restored to default settings.

5.0. FAQ
5.1. What to do if the monitor flickers?****
1. Please do not touch the connected VGA cable to avoid monitor flickering.
2. We recommend that you use a VGA cable to connect and transmit video
signals. The VGA cable has two locking screws, so there will be no problem of
poor contact.

5.2. Why can’t the monitor be turned on after connected ?****
1. First check whether the indicator light on the power adapter shows a blue light, and confirm that the power supply has been connected to the monitor. Click the power button closest to the bottom, and the power indicator light will change from red to green.

2. Check if the VGA/HDMI cable is properly connected to the monitor and your
device.
3. If any abnormal phenomenon is found in the above two steps, please contact
us to deal with it.
5.3. What to do if the screen cannot be touched?****
1. Check if the USB cable is properly connected to the monitor and your
device.
2. If your device is a Windows computer, you can click on the control panel
on the computer—tablet PC settings—setting—- then click on the monitor screen
to let the computer recognize the display as a touchscreen. For the specific
setting method, please refer to Section 2.4
5.4. How to make the monitor’s screen display always on?****
Just keep the screen of the device connected to the monitor always on, and the monitor’s screen will always be on.
