scanner will emit a long beep.

2.0.Setup Scanner
2.1.Connect and Match Setp 1: RJ45 of the data cable is inserted into the
“data interface” of the Stand, and the other end is plugged into the USB port
of the computer.
Tips: Normally, when the data cable is connected and the receiver is powered
on, it can automatically detect the type of interface (steady connection
indicator). If the interface type cannot be correctly identified (the
connection indicator keeps flashing), manual settings are required. Please
scan the barcode below for configuration.

Setp 2: Match scanner and stand: Put the scanner on the stand, then press and
hold the matching button on the stand for about 4 seconds. When you hear a
beep sound, it means the matching is successful, and you can release the
button.
Tips: One stand can support up to 100 scanners working simultaneously. The
scanners need to be matched with the stand in order to send data to it.
2.2.Use the Scanner
2.2.1.Power-on and Power-off
Turn on the scanner by pressing the scanner button when it is in the shutdown
state. When powered on, the scanner will perform a self-check, and the main
indicator light will flicker. After the self-check is complete, the main
indicator light of the scanner will stay on, and it will emit a “beep” sound.
If not used for a long time, the scanner will automatically shut down the
power. The automatic shutdown time can be set from 1 to 99 minutes.
2.2.2.Scanning
After turning on the scanner, press the button to start scanning the barcode.
During scanning, align the red aiming line (a straight line, crosshair, or
dot) with the target barcode.

Tips: When a successful scan is performed, the main indicator light of the
scanner will flash once (extinguish for about one second), accompanied by a
“beep” sound.
For difficult-to-read barcodes, you can try adjusting the scanning distance
and angle to achieve the best scanning effect.
2.2.3.Charging Place the scanner on the receiver to start charging. During
charging, the battery indicator light will slowly blink; it will stay solid
when fully charged.
Tips: When the battery is low, the scanner will emit a “beep” sound at regular
intervals to remind the operator to charge the scanner. At this time, the
battery indicator light will quickly blink.
2.2.4.Data Storage If the data cannot be uploaded due to the long
communication distance or when working in “manual upload mode,” the barcode
data will be automatically stored in the memory of the scanner. In this case,
the data indicator light on the scanner will turn on. When all the data is
uploaded, the data indicator light will turn off.
3.0.Scanner Settings
3.1.Reset to Factory Settings If the barcode scanner does not work properly
due to the settings, please restore it to factory settings.
Reset to Factory Settings
Tips: Restoring the factory settings does not change the Wireless Settings. To restore the Wireless Setting to default settings, please scan “Restore Default Wireless Settings” (located in the Wireless Settings chapter of this user manual).
