Quick printer connection
Use MUNBYN APP to configure the network for a printer on a mobile phone.

Use the MUNBYN APP to configure the network for the printer on your mobile phone. Search for “Munbyn Print” on the App Store or Google Play to download the app. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code provided to download the app.
Note: The app requires local file access and Bluetooth function to run properly. Please follow the guide to grant the necessary permissions to the app. -
After downloading, open the MUNBYN APP, select ITPP941AP, and click “OK” as shown in the picture:

After the software searches for the device, select the Bluetooth device and ensure that the printer and your device are on the same Wifi network. Input the WiFi password and click “Determine,” as shown in the figure below:

After the printer has successfully connected to the network, a pop-up window indicating the successful connection will appear, as shown in the picture:
Connect the printer with the iPhone
- Connect the printer to the iPhone: Open the file you want to print, tap the “More Options” button in the upper-right corner, and then tap “Print.”
- The print preview screen is displayed.
- Select the printer that is connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- After making the selection, adjust the relevant parameters and click on “Print.”
Connect the printer with the Android
Note: Android system supports only the 4×6-inch size option.
- Select ITPP941AP, select the corresponding label paper and input the number of printed copies as required.
- Clicking the print button.
Connect the printer on a computer with a MacOS System.
- Make sure your computer is connected to the same WiFi network/network segment that the printer just connected. (You can print a self-check page to see which network the printer is currently connected )
- Add the printer of the corresponding model to the printing device and wait until the system completes adding the printer.
- Open the file you want to print, click the “Print” button, and then select “ITPP941AP” on the Print preview page.
Connect the printer on a computer with the Windows System.

- Make sure your computer is connected to the same WiFi network/network segment that the printer just connected to (You can print a self-check page to see which network the printer is currently connected to) .
- Add the printer to the Windows device and wait for the system to finish adding the printer.(it will take about 2 mins for the Windows system to configure the AP function, please wait patiently.)
- Open the file to be printed, click the Print button, and select ITPP941AP on the Print preview page.

Label setup
Automatic label identification:
- Load no less than 4 consecutive labels into the printer.
- After the paper is stable, press and hold feeder button, until you hear a beep.
- Then, the printer will automatically label identification.
- Pay attention to the front and back sides of the label.
Pro Tips
- Anytime you change your label, run the automatic label identification.
- Press the feeder button on the printer to skip a blank label.
- To run a self-test, press and hold the feeder button until you hear two short beeps.
- Avoid poor-quality labels as they can damage the printer.
- Regularly clean the printer head.
- If the paper is jammed and the red light flashes, run Automatic label identification.
- Insert Munbyn into the same USB port on your computer every time. This will avoid creating duplicate copies of the printer in your operating system.

How to maintain the print head?

Here are the steps that maintain the print head:
- Please turn the printer off and allow it to cool down (about half a minute)
- Please use alcohol wipes or wipes to clean the print head marked at the following picture.
- Please wait 2-5 minutes until the print head dry, then turn the printer on.

Why is the printed label not clear?
- Try to choose PDF file format for printing instead of PNG, PIG, and other image formats, when the barcode you print out is light (please refer to the picture)
- In the print preview interface, switch the print quality option from ‘Normal’ to ‘Best’.
- If it is still not clear for the label, you can wipe the print head with alcohol wipes or wet tissues.

Why is there partial content missing in the printed labels?
This may be due to your document using colors with lower contrast. We
recommend switching the print quality option from ‘Normal’ to ‘Best.’
Additionally, you can increase the color contrast of your document to resolve
this issue.
