1.0. Introduction

This document describes the setup procedure for the ITPP075.
Please read the instructions before using the printer.

3.0. Paper Loading

  1. Press the cover opening button and then open the cover.
  2. insert a roll of paper in the direction shown in the illustration.
  3. Pull the end of the paper out straight, and push down the printer cover to close.

4.0. Initial Setup

4.1 Set Up the ITPP075 for First Use on Windows
4.1.1 Download Windows Driver

4.1.2 USB Interface
  1. Connect the printer to the power outlet via the power cord.
  2. Connect the printer to your Windows computer via USB.
  3. Place the thermal paper into the printer and power it on.

Open the downloaded driver and install it.

4.1.3 LAN Interface

l) To connect the printer to the router, use a network cable when the printer is turned off. Power on the printer and wait for it to automatically configure the IP address, which should take around 15 seconds.

  1. Open the driver on your Windows computer and follow the installation Path:
  1. Printer interface: Select [LAN], the printer IP address will be displayed in the white box on the right.
  2. IP address Check: Select and double-click the printer’s IP address in the white box until the IP address is also displayed in the bottom white box.
  3. Click [installing the printer driver]

4.1.4 COM Interface
  1. Connect the printer to the power outlet via the power cord.
  2. Connect the printer to your Windows computer via the serial cable.
  3. Take the thermal paper into the printer and power it on.

4.2 Set Up the ITPP075 for First Use on MacBook
4.2.1 Download MacBook Driver

4.2.2 USB Interface
  1. Connect the printer to the power outlet via the power cord.
  2. To connect the printer to your Mac, plug one end of the USB cable into your Mac’s USB port and the other end into the printer. If needed, use a USB-A to USB-C adapter for Macs with a USB-C port.
  3. Place the thermal paper into the printer and power it on.

4.2.3 LAN Interface

4.3 Set Up the ITPP075 for First Use on Ubuntu
4.3.1 Download Ubuntu Driver

Notice: This driver file is not compatible with 32-bit.

4 .3.2 USB Interface
  1. Connect the printer to the power outlet via the power cord.
  2. Connect the printer to your Ubuntu computer via USB.
  3. Place the thermal paper into the printer and power it on.
  4. Open the downloaded driver and install it according to the video.

4.3.3 LAN Interface

Setting IP address of the printer. Open your Favorite web browser and navigate to [http://localhost:631/printers] to add the printer port according to the video.

4.4 Set Up the ITPP075 for First Use on ChromeOS
4.4.1 Download ChromeOS Driver

4.4.2 USB Interface
  1. To install the [POS Printer Manager] extension and connect your ticket printer, you need to add the extension in your browser.
    Specific steps are as follows:
    a. Open the browser and click on the three dots in the top right corner of the browser menu. Select [More tools], and select [Extensions].

b. Turn on the developer mode in the upper right corner of the extension page, click [Load unpacked] extension in the upper left corner, and select the unzipped extension program folder, at this time, you can see the installed [POS Printer manager] extension program on the page.
