Installation:
- Ensure the door is properly aligned and free from any obstruction.
- Remove any existing door lock and clean the installation area.
- Place the door lock on the desired location and mark the screw holes.
- Drill the screw holes according to the marked positions.
- Securely attach the door lock using the provided screws.

Fingerprint Registration:
- Press the setup button on the door lock to enter registration mode.
- Place your finger on the fingerprint reader and hold until the registration is complete.
- Repeat this process for the same finger a total of five times to ensure successful registration.
- The first registered fingerprint will be the primary one for unlocking the lock.
Locking and Unlocking:
- To lock the door, simply close it and the door lock will automatically engage.
- To unlock the door using a registered fingerprint, place your finger on the fingerprint reader and wait for the lock to recognize and unlock.
- If the lock is in experience mode, any fingerprint can unlock it. Ensure the first fingerprint is successfully registered to disable experience mode.
- If the lock goes to sleep after entering the setup command, wake it up by touching the numeric keypad and then enter the setup command again.

Answer: To register a fingerprint successfully, the same fingerprint needs to be collected five times. Make sure you enter the same fingerprint five times instead of entering five different fingerprints during the registration process.
Question 4: Why does the lock sometimes sleep after entering the setup command?
Answer: The lock may go to sleep after entering the setup command if it has been unlocked by touching the fingerprint reading area. To wake up the lock, touch the numeric keypad and then enter the setup command again.
