Product Usage Instructions
- Before you start, ensure that all the parts mentioned in the bill of materials on page 6 are delivered.
- Depending on the hardware used, the assembly might differ. Refer to the specific instructions for Fanatec DD1/DD2 or CSL-DD/DD-PRO on pages 5 and 6 respectively.
- Inserting Slot-Nuts: If you forgot to install a Slot-Nut, follow the diagram on how to insert it directly into the slot from the side. You can use a smaller Hex wrench to help wiggle the Slot-Nut in place.
- Tools needed for assembly:
- 5/6MM wrench
- 22 | 7 wrench
- AP1 wrench
- Follow the instructions provided for each component in the Podium Bracket Set Profile Kit:
- A2: Side mount spacer – Use with CSL-DD/DD-PRO
- A3: Side mount base holder LEFT
- A4: Side mount base holder RIGHT
- A5: Side mount profile holder LEFT
- A6: Side mount profile holder RIGHT
- A7: Bolt M8 X 20 DIN 912 – Quantity: 8
- A8: Bolt M6 X 20 DIN 912 – Quantity: 4
- A9: Bolt M8 X 25 DIN 7991 Countersunk – Quantity: 4
- A10: Bolt M8 X 20 DIN 7991 Countersunk – Quantity: 8
- A11: Bolt M6 X 20 DIN 7991 Countersunk – Quantity: 4
- A12: Washer M8 DIN 125-A – Quantity: 8

BEFORE YOU START
Thank you for purchasing this Sim-Lab product! On the following pages, you
will find detailed instructions on assembly. This requires only a set of
simple tools and some of your time. Please check the bill of materials before
starting (page 6) and make sure all the parts are delivered.
Notes: Depending on the hardware used, assembly might differ. When used
with the CSL-DD/DD-Pro, use the spacers as indicated on page 4. Example
installation is shown on a P1-X, however this Podium Bracket Set is also
compatible with the GT1-EVO. For a GT1-EVO OLDER than 2020, compatibility has
been dropped.
Inserting Slot-Nuts:
You got excited, finished the build, put the caps on, but forgot to install
one element. Do not worry. It happens to everyone. In this diagram, you can
see how to insert a Slot-Nut directly into the slot from the side. You can
also use one of your smaller Hex wrenches to help wiggle the Slot-Nut in
place.
