Product Usage Instructions
- Read and follow all safety instructions provided.
- Do not cover the product as it may cause overheating and potential melting or ignition.
- Do not operate the flexible light when tightly coiled.
- Avoid puncturing, cutting, shortening, or splicing the flexible lighting.
- Avoid routing the cord or flexible lighting through walls, doors, windows, or any part of the building structure.
- Inspect the light and cord insulation periodically, and do not use if there is any damage.
- Avoid submerging the flexible light in liquids or using it near standing water.
- Secure the flexible light using the hangers or clips provided. Do not use staples, nails, or similar means that may damage the insulation or permanently attach to the building structure.
- Avoid continuous flexing of the flexible lighting.
- Ensure that the polarized plug is inserted correctly into a polarized outlet. If the plug does not fit fully, reverse it or consult a qualified electrician. Do not use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted.
- Unplug all units before adding additional segments.
- Use only extension segments from the same series and manufacturer.
- Tightly secure all connections and end caps to prevent water entry.
- Avoid installing the light on gates or doors that are subject to flexing.
- Do not mount or secure the light in a way that can cut the outer jacket or damage the cord insulation.
- Inspect the light carefully before use and discard any units with broken outer jackets, loose connections, or frayed wire insulation.
- Do not replace the attachment plug and discard the product if the attachment plug is damaged.
- Avoid continuous rubbing or kneading of the product, and maintain a minimum bending radius of more than 8cm.
- Prevent contact between flexible light cables and parts of light cables to avoid overheating. Maintain at least 12mm spacing between flexible light cables or parts of light cables.
- Avoid installing the product in cabinets, tanks, or enclosures of any kind.
WARNING: When using outdoor lighting products, follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury. It includes:
- Use Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protection on circuits or outlets used for outdoor use flexible lighting products.
- Use only outdoor extension cords specified for outdoor use.

- Do not subject flexible lighting to continuous flexing.
- This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug, if it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter or replace the plug.
- All units must be unplugged before adding additional segment.

- Ensure all connections and the end cap on the last segment is tightly secured to preclude the entry of water.

- Do not mount or secure tape light in a manner that can cut the outer jacket or damage the cord insulation. Inspect the tape light carefully before use and discard any tape light that have broken outer jacket, loose connections, or frayed wire insulation.
- Risk of fire. Do not replace attachment plug. Contains a safety device (fuse) that should not be removed. Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged.
- Do not rub or knead the products continuously, the smallest bending radius is more than 8cm.
- Do not operate with the flexible light tightly coiled. To prevent overheating do not allow contact between flexible light cables and parts of light cables. Maintain at least 12mm spacing between flexible light cables or parts of light cables.
- Do not install in cabinets, tanks or enclosures of any kind.

WARNING: When using “outdoor” use portable lighting products, basic
safety precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire,
electric shock, and personal injury, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
- Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protection should be provided on the circuits or outlet to be used for the outdoor use flexible lighting product. Receptacles are available having built-in GFCI protection for this measure of safety.
- Use only outdoor extension cords, such as type SW, SOW, STW, STOW, SJW, SJOW, SJTW, or STOW. This designation is marked on the wire of the extension cord.
- Do not install closer than 3 meters from a swimming pool surface.

HOW TO REPLACE THE FUSE
This plug contains an electrical fuse a safety feature.
- Disconnect power before replacing the fuse.
- Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device.
- Do not unplug by pulling on the cord.
- Slide open by unscrew the fuse access cover on top of attachment plug.
- Remove old fuse carefully.
- Never attempt to replace the fuse with a higher watt fuse. Use only 5 A, 125 V fuse. Failure to do so may be a fire hazard.
- Set new fuse in holder and reinstall access cover.
HOW TO INSTALL TAPE LIGHT
The design of tape light follows the principle of user-friendly and customized. User can install it in different smooth surface, such as wood, plastic, metal and porcelain, etc. It can be design an dapply in different shape, easy to connect.
- A. Face up lighting part when in stall clips.
- B. Check all accessories are in properly installation before plug to electricity.
- C. Bend only back, do not bend from side.
- D. Fix mounting clips with nails or screws onto support surfaces. (Figure 1. 2. 3 depends on the intended mounting means of this product, refer to the Accessories Part.)
- E. Mounting clips, suction cup should be evenly spaced and both be a maximum of 1M apart.( Figure 4)
- F. Make sure that the distance between two lines of lighting chains should be at least 12mm.
- G. The maximum connected quantity should refer to caution label.
- H. Please use the accessories (clips and screws) we provided.
Please do not cut this product:
Product Connection
- Locate and unfasten the first coaxial connector of the additional set to remove the control box.
- Connect the exposed connection with open end connector from the first set
- Repeat for all additional sets.
- Connect up to 5 sets only of GE brand StayBright® sets ONLY.
