-
NEVER point any air nozzle or air sprayer toward another person or any part of the body.
-
This air compressor is equipped with automatic reset thermal protector and can automatically restart after the thermal protector resets. Always cut off power source when thermal protector becomes activated.

Operating Instructions
Please read and follow the operating instructions carefully to assure that you will achieve the best use out of this air compressor.
IMPORTANT:
- Always operate the Air Compressor WITHIN THE MAXIMUM PRESSURE RATING of the Air Compressor. Refer to specification section of this manual.
- Always OBSERVE THE MAXIMUM DUTY CYCLE of the Air Compressor, Refer to specifications section of this manual for details. Operations exceeding maximum pressure ratings and or duty cycle will result in damage to Air Compressor.
- Your air compressor is equipped with automatic thermal overload protector. This feature is designed to protect the air compressor from overheating causing permanent damage to your air compressor. The thermal overload protector will automatically cut off power to the air compressor should the internal operating temperature of the air compressor rise above safe levels during excessive use.
- should at any time during usage, your air compressor is automatically shut off, DO NOT attempt to restart the air compressor. Turn on/off switch of the air compressor to the off position. The automatic thermal overload protector will automatically reset when the internal temperature of the air compressor drops below safe level. After allowing the air compressor to cool off for about 15 minutes, you can safely resume usage of the air compressor by turning on the air compressor.
- Please note that you may experience a slight delay (about 1 /2 second) of the air compressors motor starting when the on/off switch is turned on while the air compressor is pressurized (When there is pressure in the line that the compressor is connected to) This is a normal delayed reaction, not an air compressor on/off switch malfunction.
- It is strong le recommended that you keep the vehicles engine running while using the air compressor to prevent discharge of your vehicles battery. This means you should ONLY OPERATE THE AIR COMPRESSOR IN A WELL VENTILATED AREA. Compressor performance is also enhanced when operating air compressor with vehicle engine
TYRE INFLATING & DEFLATION
IMPORTANT: Before attaching the air compressors power cord to the power source, check to make sure that the on/off switch of your air compressor is in the off position. Attach the positive battery clamp (Red) to the positive terminal of the battery (available for specific models). Always keep your vehicles engine running while operating the air compressor to avoid draining your vehicles engine running while operating the air compressor to avoid draining your vehicles battery.
IMPORTANT: Your air compressor is moisture and dust resistant. The air compressor is equipped with a sand tray so that you can place the compressor on soft sand while running the air compressor. NEVER expose compressor to water while running the compressor.
IMPORTANT: Make sure the air compressor sits upright while operating air compressor. DO NOT operate the air compressor if the compressor is not sitting upright. Avoid tugging at the air compressor, move the air compressor to the same side of the vehicle as the tire that is being inflated.
IMPORTANT: Always make sure the air compressors power cord is uncoiled and fully extended when using your air compressor to avoid overheating of the power cord.
IN-LINE DEFLATOR / INFLATOR HOSE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
This air compressor comes with heavy duty heat resistant leader hose with quick connect stud. Your in line deflator comes with extension coil hose with quick coupler (included in specific models). Simply attach this multi-function extension coil hose to the leader hose and you are ready to inflate tyres. The in line deflator/inflator hose can be used for both airing up and airing down. Please familiarize yourself with the ollowing different functions of the versatile air tool.
A. TYRE INFLATION
- Attach quick connect coupler to air compressor
- Screw tyre chuck onto valve stem
- Check to make sure the deflator collar lock is disengaged
- Turn air compressor switch on to begin inflation.
When desired preksure is reached, turn off the air compressor.
B. HANDS FREE CONTINUOUS AIR DOWN
- Screw tyre chuck onto tyre valve stem
- Push deflator collar toward tyre valve stem and turn deflator collar clockwise to engage lock. When desired pressure is reached, turn deflator collar counter clockwise to disengage lock
C. INTERMITTENT DEFLATION
- The intermittent deflation function offers fast downward pressure adjustments
- With tyre chuck attached to the tyre valve stem, push deflator collar toward tyre valve stem to decrease the tyre pressure
- Release deflator collar to halt deflation
Additional Safety Precautions
-
Always inflate to manufacturers recommended tyre pressures. Exercise extreme caution when driving with aired down tyres. Re-inflate tyres before high speed roadway travel
-
Never exceed 20MPH when driving partially inflated tyres.
-
Never make sharp turns while driving with reduced tyre pressure.
-
Re-inflate tyres before high speed travelling onto roadways.
-
Use heat resistant, minimum 200PSI rated working pressure extension hose.
DO NOT use after-market hoses with less than 200PSI working pressure. Some after-market hoses may not be suitable for use with this air compressor due to heat and pressure typically generated by this type of air compressor. -
Use of a close ended tyre chuck will cause excessive pressure build up if tyre chuck is not attached to tyre valve stem while air compressor is in operation. Always use an open ended tyre chuck such as the tyre chuck equipped on the deflator/inflator coil hose for tyre inflation.
CAUTION : Never touch the air compressor or fittings connected to the air compressor other than the on/off switch with bare hands during or immediately after use. Leader hose and fittings on extension hose will become very HOT during and after use. If necessary wear heat resistant gloves to remove extension hose from the leader hose.
