Before First Use:

  1. Rinse the parts that will be in contact with food in hot, soapy water.
  2. Place the appliance on a clean, horizontal, and stable work surface.
  3. Ensure that the appliance is disconnected and the speed selector knob is set to 0.

Operation

  1. Put the food into the mixing bowl and press the lift button to raise the top cover.
  2. Install the lid by aligning it with the three notches and rotating it clockwise.
  3. Place the mixing bowl into the base and lock it tightly by rotating it.
  4. Install the desired beaters on the shaft.
  5. Lower the top cover to activate the machine.
  6. Start the machine by plugging in the power and tightening the machine head up.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Clean the accessories with hot soapy water before first use.
  • Only use the supplied accessories.
  • Ensure all accessories are properly in place before turning on the appliance.
  • Switch off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply before changing accessories or approaching moving parts.

SAFETY ADVICES

READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP FOR FUTURE REFERENCE

  1. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.

    Do not turn over while in use.

  5. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.

  6. Appliance can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.

  7. Children shall not play with appliance.

  8. Do not use the appliance for any purpose other than that for which it was designed.

  10. The appliance must not be immersed in water or any other liquid.

  11. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

  12. Using the appliance for purposes other than those described above may damage the appliance. In addition, improper use can cause hazards such as short circuits, fire and electric shocks.

  13. This appliance is not intended to be used through a remote control system or external timer.

  14. The marking of this device (symbol of a crossed-out dustbin) complies with European Directive 2012/19/EU relating to «used electrical and electronic equipment».
    This marking means that this equipment, at the end of its useful life, cannot be disposed of with other household waste.
    The user is required to deliver it to operators who collect used electrical and electronic equipment. Collection operators, including local collection points, shops and local authorities, create an appropriate system for collecting equipment.
    Appropriate collection of used electrical and electronic equipment helps avoid harmful impacts on human health and the environment, resulting from the presence of hazardous components, as well as from improper storage and treatment of this equipment.

BEFORE FIRST USE

  1. Before first use, rinse the parts that will be in contact with food in hot, soapy water.
  2. Place the appliance on a clean, horizontal and stable work surface.
  3. Make sure the appliance is disconnected and the speed selector knob (6) is in the “0” position.

OPERATION

  1. First to put the food into the bowl and press the lift button to rise the top cover. In order to use this product safely and effectively, please install the lid, align it with the three notches, and then rotate it clockwise. It is better to face the lid outward to facilitate adding water or material.
  2. Place the mixing bowl into the base and rotate the bowl to lock it tightly.
  3. Then install the beaters on the shaft.
  4. Down the top cover, otherwise the machine won’t work.
  5. Sequence in starting the machine: 1 Plug in the power; 2 Tighten the machine head up and down; 3 After the indicator lights up, toggle the gear knob from “0”.
  6. After stirring, toggle the switch to the “0” speed, the machine stops working; Turn lift button to lift the machine head, remove the mixing bowl, and take out the food with a scraper.

Please follow this procedure strictly, otherwise it may affect the usage. (Note: The stirring speed of 0-10 is incremented, please select the speed according to the requirement ).

WARNING!

  1. Switch off, unplug the appliance, and wait till the motor stops before fitting or removing an accessory, before dismantling, and before cleaning.
  2. NEVER put your hands into the mixing bowl (4) when the appliance is in operation.
  3. NEVER stick knife, metal spoons, fork and etc. into the mixing bowl (4) when the appliance is in operation.
    NOTE: Always start by selecting the lowest speed, then increase the speed gradually.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

WARNING! Never immerse the motor unit into water or other liquids!

  1. Disconnect the appliance and allow it to cool down before cleaning or maintenance.
  2. Clean the outside surface of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth.
  3. Avoid using abrasive cleansers that could damage the coating of your appliance.
  4. The mixer motor has been carefully lubricated at the factory and it does not require additional lubricant.
  5. The accessories (bowl, beater, whisk, hook…) can be washed in warm soapy water or in the dishwasher.
  6. GUARANTEES

Guarantees and limitations of liability

Products are guaranteed for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase, or from the date of delivery to the customer’s home. Depending on the country, this guarantee consists of 24 to 36 months of validity for the legal compliance guarantee.
For countries that only implement a 24-month legal compliance guarantee, a 12-month commercial guarantee is applied at the end of the first guarantee, and supplements it.

For the commercial guarantee
Please go to the reception desk at your place of purchase with your proof of purchase (e.g. sales receipt), the product and the accessories it came with, and its original packaging, for all countries other than France. It is important to have the date of purchase, the model and the serial number or IMEI number to hand (this information is usually indicated on the product, packaging, or on your proof of purchase). You’ll need to bring back the product with the accessories needed for its correct functioning (power supply, adapter, etc.). If your claim is covered by the guarantee, the after-sales service may, within the limits of local law, either:

  • Repair or replace faulty parts.
  • Exchange the returned product with a product that has, at the least, the same features and that offers equivalent performances.
  • Refund the product at the price stated on the proof of purchase.
    Repaired or replaced products may include new and/or reconditioned hardware and components.

Commercial guarantee exclusions:

  • Damages or problems caused by improper use, accident, tampering/modification or an unsuitable current or voltage connection.
  • Use or storage conditions which are detrimental to the good conservation of the appliance (oxidation, corrosion), use of energy, use or installation non-compliant with the manufacturer’s instructions, or negligence or use of peripherals, software or consumables which are unsuitable.
  • Professional or collective, industrial or commercial use of the product.
  • Products that have been modified, or which have damaged, altered, erased or oxidised guarantee seals or serial numbers.
  • Replaceable batteries and accessories are guaranteed for 6 months.
  • Battery failure, caused by overcharging or by failure to follow the safety instructions set out in the manual.
  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, bumps or vandalism.
  • Damage caused by any servicing operations carried out by non-authorised persons.
  • Faults caused by normal wear and tear or the normal ageing of the product: seals, filters, accessories, vacuum cleaner brush and hose, lamps, overhead projector lamps, washing machine paddles, etc.
  • Software updates as a consequence of changes to network settings.
  • Damage caused by elements external to the appliance (foreign bodies, insects, etc.).
  • The contents of the devices – freezer, washing machine, etc. (food, clothing, etc.)
  • Product failure caused by the use of third-party software to modify, change, adapt or alter the product as is.
  • Product failure resulting from its use without the accessories supplied with the product or approved by the Manufacturer.
  • Parts for normal wear and tear or damage from use: tyre, inner tube, brake, etc.

The customer is responsible for regularly backing up the data contained on their hard disk or in the internal memory of their device, and this before any claim is submitted.
Auchan cannot be held liable for the loss or destruction of stored data, nor may it be held liable for damage caused to software resulting from, in particular, a restoration or a breakdown.
Similarly, Auchan is not required to check that SIM/SD cards have been removed from returned products.

Under no circumstances shall the provisions set out above reduce or eliminate: the legal guarantee referred to above, and the manufacturer’s commercial guarantee, if applicable (see guarantee form).
