Product Usage Instructions

  1. Remove the fixture from its original package.
  2. Separate the mounting plate (1c) from the canopy (2a) by removing the canopy screws (2b).
  3. Attach the mounting plate (1c) to the electrical junction box (1a) using the junction box screws provided (1e) in the hardware package.
  4. Make proper electrical connections by using wire nuts (1b) provided in the hardware package. Connect the black wire to hot L, white wire to neutral N, and ground wire to GND. Place the driver (4a) in the canopy (2a).
  5. Secure the filament (5c) to the fixture (5b) by threading it clockwise. Attach the filament end (5d) to the filament (5c) using the end cap (5e). Align the holes on the fixture (5b) and filament end (5d) with the holes on the shade (6b), then secure them with screws (6a).
  6. Secure the canopy (2a) to the mounting plate (1c) using the canopy screws (2b).
  7. Use the dimmer switch (3a) to turn the lamp on/off.
  8. Use the lock (5a) to unlock the fixture and adjust its tilt. Lock it in place once adjusted.
    You are now ready to enjoy your wall lamp.

WARNINGS AND CAUTIONS

  • Make sure POWER is COMPLETELY OFF at the fuse box
  • Have your fixture installed by a qualified licensed electrician
  • Prepare everything in a clear area
  • Wear gloves at all times during this installation
  • Read instructions carefully before you start assembly
  • Keep this installation sheet for future reference

Please Note:

  • This Alora LED fixture comes with pre-wired LED module(s)
  •  Unless instructed, Do Not touch any part of the LED module(s) as any unnecessary contact with the module could cause permanent damage
  • For dimming, an ELV (Electronic Low Voltage) or TRIAC type of dimmer is required
  •  120V input

  •  This fixture is designed to be mounted on a correctly installed standard round or octagon box OR through a wiring box with a plaster frame. The box must be securely mounted to the structure of the building. The crossbar and hardware supplied should be used, directly mounting the fixture to the outlet box may make it impossible to correctly align the fixture.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Step 1
    Remove fixture from its original package.

  • Step 2
    Separate mounting plate (1c) from canopy (2a) by removing canopy screws (2b).

  • Step 3
    Attach mounting plate (1c) to electrical junction box (1a) using junction box screws provided (1e) in hardware package.

  • Step 4
    Make proper electrical connections (black to hot “L”, white to neutral “N”, ground to “GND”) with wire nuts (1b) provided in hardware package and place driver (4a) in canopy (2a).

  • Step 5
    Secure filament (5c) to fixture (5b) by threading clockwise. Attach filament end (5d) to filament (5c) with end cap (5e). Align holes on fixture (5b) and filament end (5d) with holes on shade (6b), secure with screws (6a).

  • Step 6
    Secure canopy (2a) to mounting plate (1c) with canopy screws (2b).

  • Step 7
    Use dimmer switch (3a) to turn on/off.

  • Step 8
    Use lock (5a) to unlock fixture to adjust tilt and lock in place.
    You are now ready to enjoy your fixture.
